It all started in one day at school when Marinette and her class decided to make a movie as their school project, she decided to include her cousin, Marc since Alya shouldn’t have to have to do all the work in the script alone. Mylène and Adrien are both playing the main characters of their movie.
“Agent Smith, it’s too dangerous! We must evacuate.” Adrien told the small girl, on the ground with toy gun in his hand.
“You’re suggesting that we should run, Officer Jones!” She asked. “After it devoured my family, my friends, even my beloved dog, Sniffles? I’m going to face it, then I’ll-“ Mylène suddenly breaks character and screams very loudly in fear that sends off an echo from the school, turns out, it was just Ivan in a badly cutted out monster mask she was scared of.
”Cut!” Nino yelled annoyed, Mylene is shown hiding under the desk, shaking in fear. Ivan takes off mask and looks at his girlfriend apologetically.
”Sorry, Mylène.” He says.
“Mylene, that’s like, the tenth take! And we’re on the only first scene.” Alix steps in, holding a black clipboard.
”Fourteenth, actually,” she corrected him.“But who’s counting?”
“Damn, that’s a lot.” Marc whispered to Alya. Everybody stares annoyed at Mylène, in her defense, it’s not really that easy being a main role of some movie you are making when a big monster is in it.
“I’m sorry, I gonna do better on the next take, I promise.” Nino just sighs in annoyance. Rose from behind was holding a drink.
“Anyone want some tea?” She asked politely.
”Mylène, you’re playing a hero of the special, you’re not supposed to get all freaked out.”
“I know, but that monster mask on him. It’s just so realistic and scary.” No, it’s not.
”It’s just big ol’ me Mylene, there’s nothing to be afraid of.” Chloé and Sabrina behind him start to snicker.
”You know, if you ask me, he doesn’t even need a mask.” Wow, rude much? Marinette, Marc, and Alya stare at the rich blonde angrily.
”What a bratty snob.” Marinette said.
”Yeah, she probably needs a mask to hide all that clown makeup.” Marc said aloud which made Alya and Marinette laugh, causing him to blush red in embarrassment and cover his mouth, Chloé glared at him but didn’t say anything, except she just scoffed and rolled her eyes.
“Ivan, put the mask back on, you’re back on playing the monster, and you, Mylène, we need to stay in character.” Mylène nodded and tried to stay in character but the moment Ivan put on the mask, she got scared again, not again.
”Ok, I need to sing my happy song, it always makes me feel better.” She started to sing her song. “Smelly wolf, smelly wolf, stinky breath and slimy-“ Mylene accidentally bumped into Adrien and yelps, Chloé steps in and tries to ruin the vibe.
”And the Oscar for best pathetic scaredy-cat afraid of its own shadow goes to... Mylène!” She started laughing causing everyone but Sabrina to get mad at her.
”Really, Chloé?”
“Yeah, so what?” Mylène runs out of the class, crying, just what the hell, Chloé, you just had to rock the boat. Marc was starting to get annoyed.
”Oh my goodness, this is so dumb, somebody needs to go after her.” After hearing that, Ivan goes after his girlfriend. “Mylène, wait!” Mylène continues crying while running down the stairs and Ivan follows her. She finds a bench and sits on and continues to sob.
“Hey, uh, don’t listen to those bozos, easy to judge when you’re not on camera, and besides you’re doing awesome. And I promise I’ll roar quietly.” Mylène started to smile a bit. The big boy takes out a small black pin with crossbones on it. “Here? This is from the favourite band…the Zombie Skull Crushers.”
Mylene puts the pin on the right side on her hot pink bandana. “Wow...uh, that's, uhh... really sweet of you, Ivan. But... they're right. I can't act to save my life... Excuse me!” Mylène starts to cry again and runs all the way to the bathroom, just to have some time to herself and calm down.
In Hawkmoth’s lair, his window opens, symbolising that he’s ready to akumatize somebody. “A film shoot... oh, yes. So many emotions. Some fake, yet others very, very real,” He opens his purple hand and a white butterfly flies into it, he covers it with his other hand, surrounding it with dark magic, turning it into an akuma. “Fly away, my evil akuma, and overpower this young, misunderstood artist!” The Akuma starts to fly out the window and all the way to the school and to its prey, and by that, I mean Mylène.
Everyone plus Marc was very disappointed with Chloé because of the way she insulted Mylène, Nino was the most annoyed out of all of them.
“Epic, Chloé! Just epic! What are we supposed to do now without our leading actress?” Nino asked in slight anger the blonde girl. Chloé is really unconcerned about what she just did.
”Who needs her? She was lame anyway.” She scoffs and then Ivan steps in to confront her. “You’re the one who’s lame. Mylène is crying her eyes out in the bathroom thanks to you.” Chloé was very offended when he called her ‘lame.’
“Me, Lame?” She said.
”EVERYONE, SHUT UP!” Everyone flinched when they all heard Marc looking frustrated and a bit mad. “Look, it’s obvious that Chloé is lame but we don’t have time for this schtick, and goodness knows how much work we need to finish for!” He yells.
“The deadline for the Parisian Student Short Film Festival is tomorrow evening, precisely 26 hours, 15 minutes and 14, 13 seconds from now.” Max explains, making Marc a bit close to breaking his stupid glasses. “Wow, thank you, Max, none of this would better without your help.” He says sarcastically. Rose gives him a drink to help him relax a bit.
”Marc’s right, and besides, we still have the editing, post-sound, soundtrack, etc, etc.” Marinette added on.
“But who’s going to take Mylène’s part?” That’s when Chloé tried to make it all about her again. “Um, me, of course, obvi.” Adrien rolled his eyes, this was not going to be good.
”You haven’t even read the script.” Alya told her.
“Of course I have! The first scene anyway. I can even tell you that it ends with a kiss between Agent Smith and Officer Jones!” Chloé lets out which leaves Marinette imagine her and Adrien kissing, she turns to Alya angrily. “You wrote that?!” She yelled.
”Hold up! I didn’t write that.” Alya looks at the script and found that it was changed. She look at Marc and found that he was looking down shaking his fists closed in rage, he was ready to kill somebody, who the hell decided that it was a good idea to change the script for the movie.
”Uh, it was me.” Nino admits, Marinette and Alya look at him in shock and Marc swiftly puts his head up.
”What?” Alya shouts.
”So. You’re the one who changed the thing me and Alya have been working on?” He asked ready to kill the guy.
”Uh, yeah, I just wanted to keep the story going, you know, just going with flow. I hope you’re not mad.”
”Oh, mad? I’m not mad,” The noirette said, the cap-wearing boy sigh in relief, only for him to flinch in fear realized Marc real furious. “I AM GOING TO FUCKING KILL YOU, YOU CAP-WEARING DIPSHIT!!” Marc tried to attack but Alya, Juleka, Alix and Rose went to hold him back.
”Marc, please don’t!” Rose pleaded. They finally let go of Marc, who was still mad at Nino for changing the script. “Fine, but I’m still going coming after you, Lahiffe!” Nino gulped in fear, you really would not like Marc when he’s angry.
”Anyway, why the heck would you change the script, especially without asking me? That is just low.” The tan-skinned girl asked.
“It wasn’t my fault, okay, Chloé made me!” Nino defended himself pointing at the blondie who was crossing her arms.
Adrien sighs in exasperation, Rose comes up to him a cup of orange juice. “Juice?”
”Thanks, Rose.”
”Oh, who cares who wrote what? We've got to film this thing, right?” Chloé asks, that’s where Max decides to somewhat ruin it all.
”She's right. Principal Damocles is only allowing us to use school until 6 p.m. sharp. Which leaves us 9 hours, 12 minutes and 12 seconds. 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6...” Marc just snaps at him. “OK, WE GET THE PICTURE, MAX! NOW PLEASE SHUT THE FUCK UP!!” Marc just groans in frustration, Nathaniel just went in and kissed him on the cheek. Marinette was very mad out the script thing and grabbed her best friend’s arm.
”Adrien and Chloé cannot happen, no way!” They both ran out of the room.
It makes no sense story wise anyway,” Alya reminds her. “The main character's emotional journey...” The Eurasian girl interrupted her.
”Hold on! We can't let Mylène just leave just like that, it's... wrong! We all chose her to play the leading female role! And... we're all in this movie together! She needs our support. I'm gonna go find her and bring her back.”
“Always trying to save the day, aren't you, Marinette? Good luck finding the filthy hole that scaredy-cat’s hiding in!” Chloé, for the love of God, just shut up!
Alix slams the clipboard. “Horrificator, Take 15.” Chloé and Adrien both play the characters. “Action!”
”I'm not scared of that Horrificator thingy, Officer Whatever-your-name-is, now kiss me!” Chloé tries to kiss Adrien, who is clearly trying to avoid, Marinette opens the door and spoiling the moment.
”CUT!” Nino once again starts to get annoyed at her for yelling ‘cut’. “Ugh, Marinette, what gives? We’re in the middle of a shoot, and I’m the director. And FYI, I say cut, nobody else. Comprende?”
Marinette yells back. “And I’m the producer! Mylène is suppose to be the star of the show, and instead we have her.” She says with hand gesturing to Chloé, whom scoffs in offense.
”We're out of time, and from what I can see, Mylène is MIA. Let's take it from the top, people.”
“Here we go again.” Adrien says, exasperated.
”This is beat! Agent Smith does not need a man in her life right now! Sniffles just got munched on, remember?” Alya reminds him.
”Do you wanna finish this film or not?” Nino yells at her back.
”Then let's just make Agent Smith a nurse instead! That'll fix everything.” She added, thinking that might be a good idea.
”Uh, I’m sorry, how exactly?” Alya asked the blonde girl, confused. “I don't know, but I'm sure I'd look amazing in a uniform.”
Nathaniel mumbles something that he might be able to regret. “Bitch, who the hell made you the director?” Unfortunately, Chloé heard that and stomped all the way to the redhead. “How. Dare. You. You really think that you are better, you are nothing but a low-life loser!” Chloé kept on insulting the poor red head which made the writer real mad, nobody and I mean, nobody insults his boyfriend. Marc walked all the way to her and grabbed her left shoulder and turning her so that she could face him.
”You say one insult to him, and I’ll rip the ponytail off of your scalp! Alright, you know what, I’m sick of this shit! You guys hear me? I’m done!” Marc angrily walked out of class, leaving a stunned Chloé as if she seen the devil.
”Great, now what are we going to do now for the movie?” Nathaniel asked.
“Whatever, Kim, Max, come with me! You've just been promoted to wardrobe and bodyguard.” Sabrina, Kim and Max all follow the blonde girl to get a nurse costume, typical.
”Nice going, Miss Producer! Now we have no lead again!” Nino says annoyed at Marinette.
“Yeah, but now we've just gotten rid of Chloé!” Marinette adds on.
“And now what?”
“We go find Mylène! She's here somewhere!”
“I told you. Tick tock, there's no time, we need a lead now!”
“Marinette can do it.” Alya calls out, making her Eurasian best friend surprised.
“What? No! I can’t do that, Mylène is our star and I’m no actress.” She implied.
“True, but we need to get this movie done, plus you get to kiss as well.” Alya added, Marinette though about it for a while and then she finally agreed to go with it and all of her friends started to cheer.
Marc runs all the way the boys bathroom, and to the sink, he slams his fists with anger building up inside of him. “I hate you, Nino, I hate you, Chloé and I hate this stupid project.”
Hawkmoth sees a different emotion, other than Mylène’s sadness. “Oh, what’s this, another emotion, well, i wasn’t expecting that. Oh, well, my akuma, evillize this frustrated writer.” The akuma obeys its holder and goes all the way to the boy’s bathroom where Marc was, the akuma fused with into his black choker on his jeans, Marc puts his head up and has a butterfly mask surrounding his angry-looking face.
”Arachnus, I am Hawkmoth, you have gotten the treatment that you did not deserve, I give you the power to make those people feel the way you have, all you need to do is get Ladybug and Cat Noir’s miraculous!”
Marc smiled evilly before saying, “Yes, Hawkmoth!” A black-purple aura surrounds the writer which turns him into a spider-human hybrid-like creature, which includes it to have 4-more arms, and extra eyes, but it still has Marc’s messy hair. The creature spits out a spider web at the bathroom mirror. His choker is still the same but it has a spider decoration on it. Arachnus makes a deafening screeching before heading out.
Mylène was looking at herself in the bathroom mirror, her eyes were red from crying a lot. “Why are you so imitatied and scared all the time?” She said to herself, sadly. “No, I can’t be scared, it’s just gonna make my friends more mad at me and I gonna be the one who ruins everything” Mylène’s face started to get more confident. “You know what, I’m going back out there and try not to get scared!” The chubby girl walks out of the bathroom and try to finish her act, but she didn’t realize Arachnus was behind her.
Nathaniel walked to the boys bathroom to look for Marc. “Marc! Marc? Rainbow, where are you?” He couldn’t find Marc anywhere, that’s where he saw some webs from the bathroom mirror, he was a bit too hesitant to touch, so he slightly circled it with his finger which made a hole in it. Nathaniel sighed and walked out of the bathroom, and then suddenly, he hears a screeching noise right behind him, the redhead slowly turns around his body to see the spider-human like creature with six arms. Nathaniel screams loudly but nobody hears him.
Arachnus uses one of his arms to grab Nathaniel. “Put me down!” He yells, but the creature did not listen. “Alright, just kill me already, let’s just get this over with.” But instead, Arachnus just hugs him, Nathaniel just looks at him surprised, until he starts screaming again when Arachnus starts leaping into a different place at the school.
Chloé gets a nurse from the office while Sabrina, Max and Kim follow, only for her to stop when she starts to realize something.
“Hey, wait a minute! Marinette never likes my ideas. I think you've all been duped! You guys take care of the nurse uniform thing, just in case.” Ok, Chloé, why the hell would you ever think that, her Sabrina leave Kim and Max behind, then they hear a screeching sound.
”Did you hear that.” Kim asked his nerdy friend.
”No, what.” That’s when Arachnus appeared right behind them ready to capture them, they both start to scream.
Everyone was still fighting for the movie, Rose was trying to offer them some snacks, Adrien was getting his make-up done by Juleka, Chloé and Sabrina were out and Mylène was just watching Adrien get his make up done.
”What if I get scared again, I’ll probably just ruin this for all of us!” Mylène worried.
“Don't worry, you'll do fine.” Adrien comforted her.
”Alright, take 16.” Alix slams down the clipboard.
”And.. Action!”
”I’m not scared of that monster, Officer Jones.” Mylène said as Adrien and her leaned in for a kiss until Chloé interrupted the moment and ruined it. “CUT!” She yelled.
”What did I say about other people yelling ‘cut’?!” Nino asked.
“Well, well, we’ll, if it isn’t the scaredy-cat, no person who want a person like you, you’d be stuttering and shaking in front of a camera.” She laughed and that made Mylène mad.
”Shut up, Chloé, I may be scared, but at least I don’t suck my thumb and hold a teddy bear and I have memory, unlike your mom.” Some people started snickering, Chloé’s cheeks turned red.
”Whatever, I would have been a better kisser with Adrikins.” She sashayed and went to sit on top of the teacher’s desk.
“Hey, where’s Nathaniel.” Alix asked.
That’s when the class heard screaming from the other side of the class, which kind of sounded like Nathaniel.
”Did you guys hear that?” Adrien asked.
“If this is another one of your silly ploys to get me out of the way, you can forget it! Besides, I—“ And once again, the screams were heard, something was definitely going on.
“I definitely heard that. We better scope this out!” Marinette said she runs out of the classroom and the rest of her friends follow her, except for Rose, who was holding in orange in her left hand.
”A fruity snack for the road?” She asks, this is no time for snacks, Rose, but thank you, I’ll take a snack to go. Nino was filming from his phone and the other followed him.
”Hey! Anybody here? Nathaniel? Nathaniel! Where are you?” Adrien said, calling out for his friend, but there was no answer or a sign of him, what if he kidnapped somebody. That’s when they see a lot of cobwebs everywhere.
“Wow, that’s a lot of cobwebs.” Nino pointed out while still filming from his mobile phone.
”Hold up, that cobweb has a shoe on it.” Marinette said pointing to one of the cobwebs on it. Alya goes closer to the cobwebs and to inspect it and realises the shoe looked very familiar. “That’s Nathaniel’s shoe, you guys think that he’s been captured.”
”I think so, and we should probably tell the principal about this,” Marinette implied and then she looks at Nino was still filming from his phone. “And you, Nino, stop filming.” But the cap-wearing guy refused to do what he was told.
”Not a chance! This is just getting good!” Ok, Nino, if you say so.
”Looks like it's time to bring in the alter ego.” She says to herself ready to let Ladybug figure this out. Adrien was about to sneak out to transform somewhere.
”Yo, Adrien! Where are you going?”
“Oh, uhh, I left Officer Jones' jacket back there! Should probably wear it in all the scenes.” He fibs and runs all the way to the class to transform, the other students go upstairs not realising Arachnus was above them and was covering the whole school in a lot of cobwebs.
Adrien runs into the classroom and takes off his shoe. “Time to transform, Plagg!” He told his kwami, Plagg looks at Adrien in such confusion. “What are you doing?” He asks his holder.
”So, they'll think I've disappeared too.” Plagg takes a whiff of the inside of the orange sneaker and gags in disgust. “And you say I stink of Camembert.” And you still do, Plagg.
“Plagg, claws out!” Adrien transforms into Cat Noir.
Nathaniel was in the library, and tied in cobwebs, courtesy of Arachnus.
”Look, Marc, I get that you’re mad, but that doesn’t give you the right to put all of us in danger, except Chloé, but you get what I mean.” Arachnus has a sympathetic look on his face, he came over to the tied up redhead and planted a what looked like a kiss of his face, make him blush and leave saliva on him, and made a cute sound, making Nathaniel giggle a little bit.
“Oh, Marc, darling, I am so lucky to have a boyfriend like you, even when you are an akuma.” Arachnus blushed and went out of the library, leaving Nathaniel smiling.
”He is truly miraculous.” The redhead sighed dreamily until Kim, interrupts his own daydream, him and Max were also tied up.
”Miraculous? He literally just kidnapped us and you say that he’s miraculous?” The half Vietnamese jock yelled in a mixture of confusion and anger.
”Whatever, my rainbow is the best, even when he’s is an akuma or isn’t one.” The redhead defends himself while Kim sighed and rolled his eyes because of the redhead’s obliviousness to the fact that his boyfriend is a goddamn giant spider creature.
All of the students except Marinette, who hides to transform, all into the principal’s office to see if Mr Damocles is in there, but unfortunately he’s not in there.
“Mr. Damocles? Sir?” Alya calls out his name but there’s nobody in the office, and there appears an empty seat.
Marinette stands outside of the office and also stages a kidnapping of Arachnus, by dropping her phone on the ground and running into the library to transform.
”Time to transform, or should I say, probably save my cousin at this point.” She says as Tikki comes out of her purse.
”Tikki, Spots On!”
Nino, who is still filming from his phone, is wondering where Marinette has gone to. “Has anyone seen Agent Smith- I mean Marinette?” They are quite oblivious to the fact the whole school, and I mean the whole school is actually covered in cobwebs. The rest of the students go outside of the office, only to find out that Marinette’s phone on the ground, thinking that she has gotten captured as well.
“Oh, no! This is Marinette's phone!” Alya said, getting a little bit worried. Chloé sees the webs on the windows. “Quick, check the windows!” Juleka seems rather fascinated than scared of the webs.
”Crazy!” She says quietly but shocked, wow , that girl may a shy and quiet goth but that does mean that she ain’t scared of something…scary. Chloé tries to open one of the windows, unfortunately, because of the webs, it won’t budge.
”We're trapped! I'm going to call Daddy!” She says while grabbing her yellow phone trying to call her mayor father, but Nino says something that might ruin her life or something like that.
”Dudes, you know cellphones don’t work in horror movies.” Then how come you are still filming from yours, Mr Movie-Know-It-All?
“No bars.”
“No coverage!”
“Told you so! Boo-yah!” Nino, not the time to celebrate like that. “Is everything okay?” A voice was heard, it was Ladybug.
“Ladybug in my movie? This is legit!”
“And on my Ladyblog.” Alya adds on.
”We've got to calmly evacuate the building, okay everyone?” And Cat Noir also come into the office as well, this day just keeps getting more and more better, well for now it does. “Uh-uh, easier said than done, Ladybug!” says the cat-themed hero.
“Double legit!” Nino exclaimed happily.
”I tried to cut through the goo, but it's no good. Totally indestructible. So, looks like we're trapped inside the school for now. Just stay put and try to relax, guys,” He then turns to the red and black spotted heroine. “Shall we take a stroll, my lady? We both know that Hawk Moth's taken another innocent victim somewhere in school.” Cat Noir explained to the teenagers.
”And there's only one way to get rid of this pink goo and get everyone outta here. Capture that victim's akuma.” Ladybug added on.
“Exactly. I love it when you read my mind...” Cat Noir teases which makes Ladybug groan in annoyance, they are made for each other. “Ugh, and we better find this thing first, and it’s prisoners.”
“Wow, you did it again.” The feline hero says and that’s when Nino steps in. “Don't mind me, finding the missing peeps and solving this crazy mystery with Cat Noir and Ladybug... This movie's gonna be so swank!”
”Stay together, right behind us!” She looks at Nino who was still filming and grabs his arm. “That means you too, Spielberg!” They all go in the courtyard of the school to search for the monster.
Arachnus was walking in the library, with Max in one of his six arms, who was still screaming in fright. The fear makes Arachnus grow bigger, then a glowing butterfly mask appears on his face.
“Absorb their fear, Arachnus, feed on it! It will give you strength. And soon enough, you will be giving me strength too!” The spider monster throws Max into the air and spits a cobweb at him and he lands right next to Kim, who started to blush.
At the school courtyard, the super duo and the students try to find Nathaniel, Kim and Max. They even tried to look in the classroom to see if they were there but no, they were not in there.
“We're way better off on our own than sticking with the others. Why would we stay with the group when we could just hide out on our own!” said the blonde rich brat, with an obvious lack of concern. Ladybug finds an orange shoe on the ground. “There.”
”Anyone recognize this shoe?” Cat Noir asks, well isn’t it clearly obvious?
“That's Adrien's shoe!” Nino said.
“That’s weird, there’s no webs here.” Ladybug says as she touches the floor which clearly has no webs on it.
”Yes, there is.” Mylène touches the cobwebs on the side of the desk until she get captured but a big hand and the desk reveals Arachnus, he frightens everyone besides from Juleka.
“Everybody, run!” The students but Juleka did what Ladybug had ordered them to do while Mylène was struggling to get out of Arachnus’s hold.
”Let go of me, you big monster!” She yells but he doesn’t listen, he then looks at Juleka, who is awestruck.
”Awesome.” She says quietly, Arachnus screeches at her to make her scared but it doesn’t work. “So awesome.” Fortunately for him, he doesn’t get any weak and uses one of his arms to grab the goth girl. “Meh, still awesome.” Wow, that girl really doesn’t care that she’s literally getting kidnapped.
“Hey, Web Shooter, how ‘bout you pick on somebody your own size?!” Cat Noir said in big fat confidence. Arachnus shoots a cobweb at him from at his mouth but the blonde hero dodges it. “Cats aren’t afraid of ugly human insects like you?”
”We better hurry up and find out where that akuma's hiding!” Ladybug grabs Cat Noir.
”I don't see anything. Just miles of disgusting cobwebs.” Arachnus spits webs at them, which they dodge perfectly.
”Heelp, heeeelp!” Mylène shouts which her fears makes the creature become more stronger, that’s when Ladybug found out why it’s becoming more stronger.
“Fear! It's fear that gives it its strength!” The heroine pointed out, Arachnus spits out webs at them but they dodge it. Cat Noir uses his staff to attack it but he trapped into one of the webs, Ladybug does the same thing with her yo-yo but she also gets trapped. With that done, Arachnus looks at the other students, who back up in fear, he looks at Alya first with suspicion.
”M-marc? Is that you?” Alya asks.
“How the hell did you know it was Marc, Alya?” Nino asks which makes Alya groan and facepalm. “Because of the hair and the choker, Nino. What else?” She answers in exasperation.
”Ohhhh, I get it.” The cap boy nodded.
”Look, Marc, I get that you’re upset but you don’t need to go around capturing our friends like that? Look, how about we all talk about this-“ But Arachnus interrupts her with a deafening and terrifying roar, loud than Godzilla’s. That left Alya and Nino stunned.
”O-ok, I think that I should shut my mouth right now, hehe.” She says nervously. Arachnus uses him arms, to capture Alix and Ivan.
”It’s gotten Alix and Ivan!” Rose exclaimed.
“The more scared people are of it, the more powerful it gets! By defeating fear, we defeat it!” But the question is, How?
“Okay, but first we gotta get out of this sticky situation quickly before it dries” Cat Noir uses his staff to cut out the web that Ladybug was trapped into, successfully getting her free and Ladybug also did the same thing with her yo-yo.
”Hey, guys, did you guys see that the creature had hair that looked exactly like Marc’s?” Ladybug asked.
“Yeah, what’s that all about?” Chat Noir said.
”Maybe because the monster is Marc!” Alya pointed out, then she notices something else, Chloé and Sabrina are also gone as well, maybe Arachnus might have captured them while the others weren’t looking.
No, they were actually in the science room, where Sabrina was grabbing lockers to barricade the door, so that the monster wouldn’t get in, while Chloé, as always, has doing nothing besides from sitting on the desk and painting her fingernails. “It's a good thing I come up with brilliant ideas like this... No one's gonna get through that barricade. We can just relax, and let Cat Noir and Ladybug do all the hard work.” Ok Chloé, if you say so. That’s when the blonde rich girl hears a loud noise, she turns and sees Arachnus who also has Sabrina with him, she screams in fear, and everybody hears, and even the heroes hear her.
“We’re too late.” Cat Noir says in defeat.
”But look! We can track the monster.” Ladybug says as she looks at the footprints that Arachnus has left on the floor all the way up the stairs.
“I'm so amped!” Nino exclaimed happily.
”Well, turn your amp down to about 4 will ya?” The black feline hero joked.
“My bad...” Nino said quietly.
Ladybug, Cat Noir, Alya, Nino and Rose all enter the library to see every single one of their friends captured, Arachnus comes near them and was about to attack them until the mask appears over his face. “Their fear will make you powerful enough to defeat Ladybug and Cat Noir. Now, bring their Miraculouses to me!” OMG, Hawkmoth, are you this impatient or what?!
”Anybody here?” Ladybug asked until she heard a voice.
”Ladybug, it's me, Chloé Bourgeois!”
“Don't worry! We'll get you out of there!”
”Well, hurry it up already!” She said while she carryed on painting her nails.
“Is everyone here? Mr. Damocles? Alix? Nathaniel? Adrien! Adrien?!” Uh, oh, Cat Noir needed to acted fast so he hid behind a bookshelf and pretended like he was captured by Arachnus.
“Yeah yeah, I'm fine! What about Marinette?” Ladybug did the same thing as well.
”Yeah, we've got everyone! Ugh, I can’t get out of these cobwebs, please help us!” The other students who were also tangled up started screaming and crying for help.
”LUCKY CHARM!” Ladybug chanted her power and threw her yo-yo up the air, and in her hands was a, “A boomerang? Wow, this will really help us.” She said sarcastically. Ladybug scanned the place to make a plan.
Cat Noir traps Arachnus,
Alya uses the nail file to free the others,
Ladybug will grab the choker.
“Cat Noir, go and distract Arachnus.” She ordered.
”You got it, bugaboo.” He said which made Ladybug groan.
Arachnus spits out cobwebs at Cat Noir but he keeps dodging them everytime he tried.
”Enough is enough!” Cat Noir pushes a bookshelf over with all of his superhero strength and all the books fall onto Arachnus, trapping him.
”Alya, your turn.” Ladybug says as she gives the file to the tan-skinned girl, Alya nods and throws the boomerang up into the air and it slices the webs, freeing everybody all in one go, everybody fall on into the ground and start to cheer happily.
Arachnus comes out of the book pile. Cat Noir looked like he was ready to call out his power. “CATACLYSM!” He touched the akumatized choker and turning it into dust, and the akuma comes out of it. Looks like Ladybug ready to de-evillize it.
“No evil-doing for you, little akuma.” Ladybug opens her yo-yo and started to swing it around. “Time to de-evillize.” She captures the akuma then and there. “Gotcha!” She now opens her yo-yo, letting it free “Bye-bye, little butterfly.”
”MIRACULOUS LADYBUG!” Ladybug throws the boomerang into air, making it explode into a million of ladybugs. The ladybugs fix everything that’s around the school, the library, the science room, the courtyard, the history room, the outside of the school, the bathroom and even the black choker. Arachnus turns back into Marc, who looks around confused.
”What, what happened, how did I get in here?” Ladybug and Cat Noir celebrating their victory by bumping fist together.
“Pound it!”
Hawkmoth appears in his lair outraged and disappointed at his defeat. “You don't scare me, Ladybug. I know I'll destroy you in the end! Someday, somehow, I'll destroy you!” The window closes. Yeah, I am so sure that will actually happen someday, Hawky.
Cat Noir helps Marc get up from the floor. “Don’t worry Marc, you just gotten akaumtized by Hawkmoth.” He told them.
”Oh, I-I didn’t hurt anyone, did I?” The rest of his friends shook their heads. Nathaniel comes running up to him and hugs the noirette very tightly.
”Ok, Marc, I was so worried about you, I’m really glad you are okay!” He says in relief.
”It’s okay, darling, I’m fine, but I’m really sorry, about the way I acted,” Marc and Nath both had a red blush on their faces, and Marc continued.
”Anyways, I love you, Nathaniel, and I want you to be my boyfriend.” Marc confessed.
”Me too, Marc. And I love you too.” Their faces got closer and lips started to touch, the rest of their friends cheer because they gotten their first kiss, Alya and Nino were both filming from their cell phones.
Ladybug and Cat Noir both smiled at the romantic site, until they heard beeping from their miraculouses, warning them that they were going to transform back.
“Uh, guys, we better go, before we transform back. See ya.”
“Bug Out.” The heroes, swung and expanded their weapons to go back and detransform.
”That was so romantic!” Rose exclaimed dreamily.
”It really was, and I got it all on camera. But don’t worry, I’m not gonna make public.. for now.” Alya said with smirk.
”Please don’t.” Marc mumbled in embarrassment.
”Hey, you know what, this would be this greatest short horror film of all time,” Nino said. “And I’ve gotten it all recorded on my phone.”
”You really think that he will like it?” Nathaniel asks.
”Dude, trust me, his eyes will pop out of his head if once he sees this.”
They all went to the mayor(Chloé’s father)’s office to show him the work and effort they had put together into it.
”Sooo, what do you think?” Nino asked, hoping for a positive response.
They were all outside, with defeated looks on their faces, Marc, on the other was super disappointed about this.
”We didn't make the cut! He said the monster was a horrible replica completely unbelievable! No joke!”
”Well, maybe if you didn’t change the damn script, we would have won!” Marc coldly says at Nino.
”Ok, first of all, I said I was sorry, second, that was Chloé’s fault.”
”Oh sure, blame me. I didn’t even want to be apart of this stupid movie.” Chloé, please just stop.
”Don't worry, bud. This is how all good movie directors start out.”
“Yeah, even if that final kiss wasn't quite what we thought it would be.” Alya said making the writer roll his eyes and scoff.
”Whatever, at least I still have my boyfriend,” Nathaniel’s face turned red. “So what do you want to after this.”
”Maybe start continuing our comic and go out for ice cream?” Marc nodded at that and kissed his cheek. Rose sighed at the beautiful sight of them.
“They really do make such a darling couple don’t they.” Rose said.
”Mhm, Juleka replied. It is kind of true they do make such a pretty cute couple and I hope other people will know that too.
The ending shows Nath and Marc on the bottom hugging each other, Ladybug and Cat Noir looking at each other while jumping and the background is dark blue with a romantic touch.
