   Summary

   Vergil might be a little bit more fucked up than he's willing to admit, and not in the cool badass demon king kind of way. Dante has been dabbling in therapy workbooks. It's all a bit delicate right now, and no one is coping very well.

   NB: This is a selection of scenes from a Dante/Vergil fic I suspect I will never finish. The main beats are there, but I have no motivation to ever clean it up properly or write the connective tissue so I'm just releasing it into the wild. The original concept was to explore the idea that Vergil's arrogance and ambition is a shield against having to deal with his identity issues, basically, and what happens when he finally has space to start healing.
