Summary
A rare lunar parasite from Naruto and Hinata's moon mission has been dormant in Naruto's system. Days before his wedding to Hinata, it activates. The parasite doesn't create new feelings, but rather amplifies and irritates existing buried desires, making them impossible to ignore. In Naruto's case, it brings to light his deep-seated, never-truly-gone feelings for Sakura, which he'd buried beneath layers of acceptance and his relationship with Hinata. This leads to increasingly obsessive behavior as these suppressed feelings become the only thing that matters to him.
