“Excuse me!” I shouted, lunging again, only to be lifted off the ground and thrown over Dain’s shoulder like a sack of potatoes.
I squirmed and kicked, but Dain leaned close and whispered in my ear, “Chill out before we both end up in jail for beating up the prince.”
