Summary
Right before him, stood the city he knew for years, Piltover in its mangled glory. Buildings collapsed in on themselves, covered with colorful tarnish that hid away any remnants of the past architecture. Jagged anomalies protruding from the stone everywhere the eye could reach.
His mind completed the whole picture. The chasm that he spent months in, the tortuous climb he needed to survive to get to the Hexgate, the far away top of the tower, that is amidst pristine white clouds and barely touching the welkin.Jayce was back in the home of all his nightmares, the timeline where he had failed to stop a catastrophe.
But this time, he wasn’t alone. Viktor, his one and only partner, was also there.

Or in other words, I decided to make the hextech innovators suffer more than they already did. Jayce and Viktor get transported into the failed timeline again, and endure pain and struggles while trying to figure out how to get back home… with a tiny bit of love sprinkled on top :D
