   Sam had had quite a few friends growing up, but never a best friend. It wasn’t from lack of trying on his part-- Sam tried to be besties with everyone. Even the weird kids, even the quiet kids that Sam swore would murder someone someday. Sam tried! But to no avail.

   But when Sam gets a grumpy new college roommate, ruining his expectations of being fast friends, Sam might end up getting more than what he bargained for.
