“Mirage.”
Mirage was clearly tired, dragging his pedes around the house, looking exhausted.
“Ya?” His voice was hoarse and dry.
Sideswipe sighed. “Don’t you think you should stay home today?”
Mirage shook his head. “No, I think I’m fine-“ he was interrupted by a violent cough.
Sideswipe shook his head as he came up to Mirage. “Clearly not. C’mon, I have the day off.” He guided Mirage to the bedroom, and helped him settle in. He then went back out to the kitchen to grab some medgrade energon.
He settled on the bed right beside Mirage, and gave him the energon. Mirage took it in small, slow sips, careful to not upset his stomach. While the blue mech drank, Sideswipe rubbed slow circles into his back, providing some physical comfort.
Once Mirage was done, he placed the empty cube on the side table and snuggled into the sheets, looking up at Sideswipe. He smiled, and placed his hand on Mirage's head, thumb rubbing circles into it now.
“You should get some rest.”
Mirage nodded as he shut his optics, and quickly fell into recharge, snoring softly. Sideswipe chuckled as he laid down as well, pulling Mirage close to him as he fell into recharge as well.
He didn’t really care if he got sick as well.
