Summary
Alex Albon is in crisis. Not the “bad qualifying” or “team radio disaster” kind of crisis—no, this is worse. Because Carlos Sainz, his teammate and friend (unfortunately), is currently sitting on his pet home room floor, surrounded by his cats, looking soft and domesticated and so annoyingly cute that Alex is actively holding himself back from making a terrible, life-ruining decision.
Like kissing him. Or worse—biting him.
Carlos, completely oblivious to Alex’s internal meltdown, is happily naming the cats (“This one is Max, because he looks like he would fight me for a championship”), while Alex sits there gripping his empty coffee mug, sweating, and wondering when his life became a slow-burn romance novel against his will.
He needs to leave.
Or Carlos does.
Someone needs to leave before Alex does something irreversible. Like confessing his feelings or passing out from sheer frustration.
