Summary
After a rough night of patrol, Jason is finding it difficult to come down from the intensity. Anxiety and adrenaline don't mix well with his self-deprecating thoughts. He hates coming home to you in this state, like the world is moving and his legs are mindlessly walking without him knowing. He keeps moving, trying to act normal, but the threshold from domestic life and stopping mind-numbing criminals is too much. And once again, he has to rely on you to bring him down, back into the warmth of your shared apartment and within the realms of being in your safety net. You have to remind him, that sometimes the most intimidating can be the most tender.
