Work Text:

(The episode opens with Dantz and Toriel in the living room, curled up on the couch watching TV. A cheesy movie trailer plays.)
Commercial Announcer (overly dramatic): This Chanukah… justice returns, with a dreidel of destiny. More action, more Jewish heroes, and the romance heats up between the Hammer and Esther. Hebrew Hammer Tsvey — December 28th! Be there for the miracle of action!
Dantz: (pumping his fist) Oh man, Hebrew Hammer Tsvey! I’ve been waiting for this!
Toriel: (immediate stern tone) Absolutely not, Dantz. Not after last time.
Dantz: (groaning) Come on, that was forever ago!
Toriel: Forever ago? You and Susie watched the first one together, and the next day she got suspended for unleashing a biblical string of “colorful expressions” in the cafeteria!
(Cut to flashback, Susie barges into the cafeteria, slams her tray down, and lets out a long, uninterrupted chain of heavily bleeped-out words. Every student freezes. A lunch lady drops her spoon. Alphys, wide-eyed and trembling, lowers her clipboard like she’s just witnessed the apocalypse. Cut back to the present)
Toriel: And somehow, you — you of all people — managed to make Alphys mad at you. You. The kid she let off for microwaving a fork because, quote, “at least he was exploring his scientific curiosity.”
Dantz: (throwing up his hands) Okay, okay! It was one incident!
Toriel: Mr. Herkabe still holds you personally responsible. (switches to a terrible impersonation of his condescending voice) "Dantz has turned the air blue with his corrupting influence, and quite frankly, he’s a walking hazard to student decorum."
Dantz: (gritting his teeth) That guy’s had it out for me since I accidentally made a paper mache Herkabe head in art class.
Toriel: Well, congratulations. You’re still on his watchlist. No Hebrew Hammer 2 until Susie can order a sandwich without causing an international incident.
Dantz: (grumbling as he stomps off) This isn’t fair!
(Dantz storms off to his room, muttering to himself.)
Dantz (thinking): Why does everything I like get blamed on Susie? Like I’m her babysitter or something…
(He opens his bedroom door, stopping cold when he sees Noelle huddled on his bed, shivering violently, her breath misting in the air.)
Dantz: Whoa! Noelle, you look like you just read my brother’s search history! When will he just say "Hey mom, I want to buy "How to Draw Dragons"?" What’s wrong?
Noelle: (chattering teeth) It’s… s-s-snowing… tonight…
Dantz: Okay? I know you hate the cold, but this seems extreme even for you.
Noelle: (glances down, voice trembling, a single tear falling, it freezes on her fur) It’s more than that, Dantz… When it snows, my magic goes out of control. My body temperature drops with it. If the storm’s bad enough, I… I could hit absolute zero. If it snows more than ten inches…
Dantz: (eyes widening) Wait, you could literally freeze solid? Like, you could flash-freeze everything around you?
Noelle: (nodding weakly) Right now, I’m at about 40 degrees Fahrenheit. It’s only going to get worse.
Dantz: (genuine concern) What happens if someone touches you?
Noelle: They’d get frostbite… or worse. The only thing that helps is being near someone with strong fire magic. (looks up at him) Your mom.
Dantz: (immediately) Okay. We’re fixing this right now.
(Cut to the living room. Dantz approaches Toriel with rare seriousness.)
Dantz: Hey Mom… can we talk?
Toriel: (raising an eyebrow) That’s the face you make when you’ve done something you shouldn’t. What happened?
Dantz: No, it’s not like that. It’s… Noelle. She’s having a really bad reaction to the weather. Her magic’s acting up, and if it snows too much, her temperature could drop to dangerous levels. I was wondering if she could sleep in your room tonight — you know, with your fire magic helping keep her stable.
Toriel: (expression softening) Of course, sweetie. If it’s for her safety, absolutely.
Dantz: Thanks, Mom. I’ll grab the sleeping bag.
(Dantz hustles back to his room, unplugging a space heater and gently guiding Noelle to Toriel’s room. She’s still shivering, arms wrapped tightly around herself.)
Noelle: You’re… really just leaving me with your mom?
Dantz: (grinning) Relax, it’s not like I’m handing you off to a dragon. Mom’s chill. Well, not literally — you know what I mean. Besides, I’d rather her wake up to you safe and warm than an ice sculpture of yourself.
Noelle: (managing a small smile) Alright… thanks.
(Dantz sets up the heater, plugging it in near Toriel’s recliner where Noelle curls up. He waves his hand over the device, infusing it with a flicker of Toriel’s magic.)
Dantz: There. It’s got Mom’s fire magic infused, so it’ll keep your temperature from dropping too low while you sleep.
(He scans her with a thermometer — 95°F.)
Dantz: See? Already climbing a little.
Noelle: (quietly) I really appreciate this, Dantz. I know you joke around a lot, but… it’s kind of scary. I don’t want to be dangerous to everyone just because of the weather.
Dantz: (softening) Hey, you’re not dangerous. You’re Noelle. That’s all.
(Noelle gives him a small, grateful smile as she leans back in the recliner, the heater humming beside her.)
(Cut to TV in the living room. The local weather report is on, with a peppy reporter standing in front of a digital map of Hometown.)
Weather Reporter: And folks, make sure those snow shovels are ready — we’re looking at our first significant snowfall of the season tonight, with up to three inches expected across Hometown! Bundle up, stay warm, and watch out for those icy sidewalks!
(Dantz glances at the screen, then back toward the hallway where Noelle is resting, the seriousness of the situation not entirely lost on him.)
Dantz (under his breath): Three inches… We’ve got this.

(Cut to the dinner table. Dantz, Asriel, and Toriel are eating.)
Asriel: Hey Mom, do you know where Noelle is?
Toriel: (Glancing at Dantz) Dantz?
Dantz: (Sighs) Noelle’s in Mom’s room. The snow isn’t exactly doing her any favors.
Toriel: Asriel, we’ll talk about it after dinner. Noelle is safe.
Asriel: (Concerned but nods) Alright…
(As the conversation continues, the camera subtly zooms in on Asriel. He suddenly tenses, hearing a telepathic message from Dantz.)
Dantz: (Telepathically) Asriel Noelle is in Mom’s room. She’s not doing well because of the snow. It’s like… intense hypothermia, but from her own magic.
Asriel:(Thinking) No wonder she’s not out here… I hope she’ll be okay.

(Cut to after dinner. Dantz gathers some vegetarian leftovers, making sure the plate is warm.)
Dantz: (Thinking) Mom’s magic is in this food. If I’m right, this should help her at least a little. Magic is like spiritual pressure in Bleach… right?
(He walks to Toriel’s room and carefully opens the door. Noelle is curled up under blankets, shivering slightly. She turns as she hears him.)
Dantz: Hey, Noelle. Got you some dinner.
(Noelle sits up weakly and looks at the plate. She takes a bite, and her face immediately softens as warmth spreads through her.)
Noelle: (Surprised) …Dantz, this is amazing! It’s helping me warm up!
Dantz: (thinking) I knew it! Thank you, textbooks!
Dantz: (grinning) Don’t thank me—thank my mom. She’s the one who made it.
(Dantz grabs the thermometer and checks Noelle’s temperature. It still reads 95°F, but she looks much more at ease.)
Dantz: Huh. Still 95.
Noelle: It’s not about the numbers. The food doesn’t raise my temperature—it just keeps me from feeling the cold. Like a… magic painkiller.
Dantz: So does that mean if I touch you now, I won’t turn into an ice sculpture?
Noelle: (Smirks) No, dummy. 95°F is my magic temperature. Between your mom’s space heater and this food, I’ve hit the limit of how much warmth I can absorb from her magic. But this meal makes the cold easier to bear. Once the snow stops tomorrow, I’ll be back to normal.
Dantz: (Nods) Good.
(Noelle gives a small smile as she continues eating. Dantz watches for a moment before stepping out, leaving her in peace.)

(Later that night. Outside, the wind howls as the cold intensifies. Noelle stirs in her sleep, shivering slightly.)
Noelle: (Half-awake, groggy) Ugh… so cold. Did someone turn the heater off…?
(The door opens, and Toriel steps in. Instantly, Noelle relaxes as the warmth of Toriel’s magic fills the room.)
Toriel: (Softly) Hey, Noelle. How are you holding up?
Noelle: (Sighs in relief) I was freezing… until you got here.
(Toriel notices a note stuck to the thermometer on the nightstand. She picks it up and reads it aloud.)
Toriel: (reading, Dantz’s voice) Mom, you should check Noelle’s temperature from time to time.
(Toriel shakes her head with a small, fond smile before gently removing the note and taking Noelle’s temperature. 98.6°F. The normal range for humans and monsters. She shows Noelle the reading, and both let out a quiet sigh of relief.)
Toriel: You should be fine for the night.
Noelle: Yeah… thanks, Ms. Dreemurr.
(Noelle nestles deeper under the blankets, eyes fluttering shut. Toriel watches for a moment before stepping back toward her own bed. She sits down, folding her hands together as she begins to pray in Hebrew, then softly translates into English.)
Toriel: Baruch atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech ha’olam…
(She pauses, then continues in a whisper.)
Toriel: God, please… keep Noelle safe. I can’t bear to lose another child. I don’t want her frozen. I don’t want Dantz to wake up to heartbreak. I want them both to be happy, to have the future they deserve. Please… watch over them.
(She exhales softly, then opens her eyes. She glances toward Noelle, who is finally resting peacefully. A small, sad smile forms on Toriel’s face.)
Toriel (softly): Goodnight, Noelle.
(She turns off the bedside lamp. The room fades into darkness, save for the gentle glow of the space heater, keeping the cold at bay.)

(Intermission)

(Cut to the kitchen. Noelle and Toriel are preparing breakfast together. Toriel guides Noelle as she dips bread slices into a cinnamon-egg mixture.)
Toriel: (warmly) Now, Noelle. This is a Dreemurr tradition — whenever we have snow or whenever Dantz pleads enough — we make French toast.
Noelle: (giggling) So Dantz practically begs for French toast?
Toriel: Oh, constantly. He wishes we’d serve it every day, even on school mornings. I have to remind him it’s five-thirty in the morning, and we’re not running a bed and breakfast.
Noelle: (laughing) That’s so him. Always energetic unless his sleep schedule’s a mess.
Toriel: (smirking) Exactly. Remember after your house party?
Noelle: (grinning) Oh my gosh, yes. He was bouncing off the walls all night. Then Susie brought him over half-dead in the morning. He didn’t even ask to stay over — just passed out.
(Suddenly, loud, rapid footsteps thunder through the house, startling Noelle.)
Noelle: (alarmed) What was that?!
Toriel: (calm) That’s just Dantz. He runs out of his room like that sometimes. It’s... a habit.
(Dantz rushes into the room, fully dressed for the snow — coat, gloves, and boots on.)
Dantz: (cheerfully) Morning, Mom! Morning, Noelle—
(He freezes, noticing Noelle looking completely normal.)
Dantz: Wait... Noelle, you look fine. Did the snow just... stop?
Noelle: (smiling) Yeah, it ended overnight. If it hadn’t, I’d probably be wearing every single jacket in the house right now.
(Dantz relaxes a little, grinning. Suddenly, his phone starts ringing from the couch. He glances over, dreading the name on the caller ID.)
Dantz: (deadpan) Oh great. It’s Berdly.
(He shuffles over, yanks his phone from the charger, and reluctantly answers.)
Dantz: (grumbling) Yeah?
Berdly: (through phone, loud and dramatic) DANTZ DREEMURR, I CHALLENGE YOU! One-on-one! Super Smashing Fighters! You humiliated me at the house party and at the basketball game! I REFUSE TO LET YOU LIVE THAT DOWN! Prepare yourself, noob — I’m about to destroy you with my ultimate gaming prowess!
Toriel: (from the stove, unimpressed) What’s he calling about?
Dantz: (sighing) He’s challenging me to a gaming match.
Toriel: (deadpan) Hang up. It’s not worth it.
Dantz: (genuinely offended) What!? Mom, it’s a rivalry!
Toriel: (rolling her eyes) It’s pointless. Hang up the phone and eat breakfast or, next time, you’re making the French toast. And if you burn the house down, you’re paying for the next one.
Dantz: (groaning) Fiiiine. (into phone) Hey Berdly, I’ll call you later.
Berdly: (still screaming) YOU COWARD! YOU FEA—
(Dantz hangs up mid-insult and slams the phone onto the couch.)
Dantz: (muttering) He’s so lucky my mom’s here.
(Toriel leans over to Noelle, smirking.)
Toriel: (whispering) Dantz is incredibly gullible. Say the craziest thing you can think of — he’ll believe it. Every time.
Noelle: (whispering, amused) Why are we whispering?
Toriel: (whispering) Because if he hears us, he’ll flip out.
Noelle: (whispering) But doesn’t Dantz have telepa—
Dantz: (from the couch, shouting) I CAN HEAR YOU TWO, YOU KNOW!
Toriel: (thinking) Why does my son have to hear everything I say?
(Smash cut to the family now sitting at the couch eating breakfast. Dantz has an absurdly large pile of French toast stacked on his plate.)
Toriel: (raising an eyebrow) Dantz, are you seriously planning to eat all of that?
Asriel: (grinning) Yeah, dude. Leave some for us.
Dantz: (defensively) I’m a growing boy, Azzy! Mom literally got records from the doctor saying I’ll be 6’1” someday!
Toriel: (smirking) Yes, but you’re still growing — you don’t need a tower of carbs.
Asriel: (teasing) Yeah. You’re still short.
(A noticeable vein pops on Dantz’s temple.)
Dantz: (slamming his fork down) CALL ME SHORT AGAIN, I DARE YOU!
(The entire family bursts out laughing, leaving Dantz grumbling as he aggressively stabs his French toast.)

(After breakfast when everyone is finished with their plate, Asriel has dressed up and decides to go play in the snow)

Asriel: (adjusting scarf) Hey Mom, I’m gonna go play in the snow for a bit. Is that okay?
Toriel: (warmly) Of course, dear. Just be careful not to stay out too long — you know how fast you get cold.
Asriel: (grinning) Don’t worry, Mom! I’m a boss monster, not a snowman.
Toriel: (smirking) Well, let’s hope you don’t become one.
(Dantz snickers from the couch.)
Dantz: (grinning) Don’t forget, Azzy. If you see a yeti, just scream like a small child so I can watch it chase you.
Asriel: (deadpan) Thanks for the moral support, Dantz.
(Dantz gives him a thumbs up as Asriel heads for the back door.)
(Asriel steps onto the porch, shivering.)
Asriel: (chattering teeth) Oh my God… why do they not make monster snow boots…?
(He trudges into the snow, his breath visible in the cold air. After a moment, he crouches down and starts to make a snowman.)
Asriel: (grinning) Okay, I got this. Time to build Frosty 2.0.
(He tries to pack the snow, but the powdery texture keeps it from sticking.)
Asriel: (frustrated) Ugh… worst packing snow ever.
(Time skips a bit. Eventually, Asriel stands proudly next to his slightly lopsided, misshapen snowman.)
Asriel: (smiling) Perfect… not bad for my first attempt.
(Suddenly, THWACK! A snowball comes out of nowhere, obliterating Asriel’s snowman. He stares in shock as the remains collapse.)
Asriel: (horrified) Nooo!! Frosty!!
(A voice calls out from behind.)
Susie: (smirking) Sup, my little artist.
(Asriel whips around, startled. Susie is casually leaning against a tree, wearing her beanie, hands in her jacket pockets, grinning.)
Asriel: (flustered) S-Susie!? What are you doing here?
Susie: (grinning) Was bored. Figured you’d be out here building some lame snowman or whatever. Looks like I was right.
Asriel: (nervously) Y-you didn’t have to destroy it though!
Susie: (grinning) I did you a favor. That thing looked like it was gonna collapse anyway.
Asriel: (quietly) It had character…
(Susie chuckles and grabs a snowball, lazily tossing it in the air.)
Susie: Sooo… wanna have a snowball fight or somethin’? Or you just gonna cry over Frosty?
Asriel: (defensively) I wasn’t crying! …But yeah, sure. Snowball fight sounds fun.
(Susie smirks.)
Susie: (grinning) Sweet. Just don’t expect me to go easy on ya.
(Asriel and Susie face off, both armed with snowballs. The camera zooms in on Asriel’s determined face.)
Asriel: (thinking) Alright, I can do this. Just gotta aim carefully and—
(Asriel throws a snowball. It completely disintegrates in the air before even reaching Susie. She blinks.)
Susie: (deadpan) …Dude.
Asriel: (embarrassed) I-It was a warning shot!
Susie: (smirking) Yeah? Here’s mine.
(She hurls a snowball, hitting Asriel dead center in the chest, knocking him slightly backward.)
Asriel: (winded) Oof!
Susie: (grinning) BOOM. Direct hit.
(Asriel stumbles to gather another snowball, visibly flustered.)
Asriel: (thinking) I just… gotta outsmart her! I’ll wait until she least expects it!
(Susie just casually walks up to Asriel, bends down, and scoops a giant snowball.)
Susie: (mocking) Any day now, dude.
Asriel: (nervously) C-c’mon! Give me a second—AHHH!!
(Susie lobs the snowball point-blank, smacking Asriel square in the face. He topples over like a cartoon character.)
Asriel: (dazed) Ow… so dizzy…
(Susie, realizing he’s down, immediately rushes over.)
Susie: (genuinely worried) Oh crap—Azzy, you good!?
Asriel: (groaning) Y-yeah… just a little dizzy…
(As Asriel opens his eyes, he sees Susie kneeling over him, her face incredibly close to his. His brain immediately short-circuits.)
Asriel: (thinking) Oh my God she’s so close oh my God I can’t breathe oh my—
(Suddenly, his nose erupts into a powerful nosebleed, except instead of blood — red icicles rapidly form and hang under his nose.)
Asriel: (horrified) OH NO—
(Susie’s jaw drops.)
Susie: (in absolute disbelief) DUDE… DID YOUR BLOOD JUST FREEZE!?
Asriel: (mortified) I-I DON’T KNOW IT DOES THIS SOMETIMES!!
(Susie grabs Asriel’s face, examining the icicles dangling from his nose like frozen fangs.)
Susie: (fascinated) Bro… that’s metal as heck.
Asriel: (voice cracking) NO IT’S NOT IT’S EMBARRASSING!
(Susie bursts into laughter, practically doubled over.)
Susie: (laughing) Oh my GOD! You’re like a freakin’ snow cone machine!!
Asriel: (burying face in scarf) PLEASE STOP SAYING THAT!
(Susie manages to regain herself and suddenly pulls off her beanie, tossing it to Asriel.)
Susie: (grinning) Here. Wear that. Maybe it'll keep your icicle-blood from freezin’ off.
Asriel: (holding it) W-wait, you’re giving me your hat?
Susie: (smirking) Yeah, well… you look like you need it more than I do, Snow Cone Boy.
Asriel: (humiliated) Please stop calling me that…
(Susie just laughs and playfully ruffles his hair, causing Asriel’s blush to intensify.)
Susie: C’mon, let’s hang out in the snow. Maybe I’ll teach you how to throw like… y'know, a functioning person.
Asriel: (still flustered) S-sure… yeah… that’d be nice.
(Susie casually slings an arm around his shoulder as they walk off. The camera lingers briefly on Asriel, whose face is still frozen scarlet.)
Asriel: (thinking, horrified) WHY DOES THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN TO ME!?

(Cut to the Dreemurr living room. Dantz is booting up his game console like he’s preparing for battle. His face is scrunched with intensity. The Super Smashing Fighters logo flashes on the TV screen.)
Dantz: (grinning) Alright… time to finally put Berdly in his place.
(Dantz aggressively grabs the landline phone, dials, and waits.)
(Cut to Berdly's room. Berdly is already seated like a pro gamer, dual monitors, gamer chair leaned back, a headset on his head, and cans of Underground Energy Drink scattered around. Berdly has zero chill. He’s typing aggressively on his keyboard like he’s hacking into the Matrix.)
Berdly: (answering smugly) Ahhh… Dreemurr. I knew you’d call me back.
Dantz: (smirking) Yeah yeah — you ready to get wrecked, loser?
Berdly: (mocking) Hah! I hope you enjoyed your fleeting sense of superiority, because today, you shall taste utter defeat.
Dantz: (grinning) Big talk from someone I’ve already 5-stocked before.
Berdly: (deadpan) …That was a laggy connection and you know it.

(The character select screen appears)

(Dantz instantly locks in his angelic character — a youthful, heroic warrior with wings and a golden bow, clearly inspired by Pit. The character's name: Aether.
Berdly, of course, picks a snarky, space bird character that is clearly inspired by Falco. The character’s name: Blazoknight.)
Berdly: (snickering) Ah-ha-haaa… look at you picking your little “heroic angel,” so precious.
Dantz: (mocking) And look at you picking your “arrogant space bird.”
Berdly: (smirking) Because I am destined to soar over you, Dreemurr.
Dantz: (grinning) Yeah, we’ll see.

(3… 2… 1… GO! The match begins — and Dantz is absolutely cooking. His Aether character lunges forward with a rapid flurry of sword slashes, juggling Blazoknight into the air.)
Dantz: (grinning, mashing buttons) Ohhh yeahhh, how’s that feel, birdbrain!?
Berdly: (frantically mashing buttons) NO! STOP COMBOING ME!
(Aether lands a brutal aerial uppercut — sending Blazoknight skyrocketing off the screen.)

(3… 2… 1… GO! This time, Berdly is a completely different beast.)
His Blazoknight character immediately dashes in, landing a series of blisteringly fast aerial combos. The camera shifts rapidly as Dantz's character is getting absolutely destroyed.
Dantz: (panicking) WHOA WHOA WHOA—SLOW DOWN, YOU PSYCHO!
Berdly: (smirking) Ah-ha-ha-haaa! Witness the TRUE power of the Berdly!
(Dantz’s character gets spiked off the stage after a massive aerial smash. Dantz's eyes bulge.)
Dantz: (shrieking) WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT!?
Berdly: (gleefully) A FLIGHT CANCEL INTO A TRIPLE-INPUT DASH COMBO, MY GUY.
Dantz: (desperate) NO WAY—THAT’S A SPEEDRUN TECH!! HOW DID YOU—!?
(Berdly’s character grabs Dantz’s and launches him into the abyss.)

Dantz: (screaming) NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
(GAME! DEFEAT!)
Dantz: (absolutely dumbfounded) HOW DID YOU DO THAT!?!
Berdly: (cackling hysterically) AHAHAHA! YESSSSSSSSS!
Dantz: (panicking) BERDLY, I HAD YOU! WHAT DID YOU DO!?
Berdly: (dramatic) I downloaded your playstyle.
Dantz: (shrieking) WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN!?
Berdly: (grinning smugly) It means I now see every move you make… before you make it.
(Dantz is losing his mind. Berdly is reveling in his destruction.)

(Cut to Toriel and Noelle in Toriel’s room, casually tidying up.)
Toriel: I must say, Noelle, your cooking was amazing.
Noelle: (laughing) Oh, it’s nothing really. First time making French toast, actually.
Toriel: First time? I’d be proud if I were you.
Noelle: I try to be… but I don’t want to get a big head like Berdly. Dantz hates that. I love him, and—
Toriel: (gently) Noelle, stop. Don’t shrink yourself to keep Dantz comfortable. He’s confident, sure, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be proud of yourself.
Noelle: (softly) I know… but it’s hard. He’s always so sure of himself, and that’s what draws me to him.
Toriel: (smiling) I get it. But trust me, Dantz has his own quirks. He’s not as unshakable as he seems.
Noelle: (tilting head) What do you mean?
Toriel: (grinning) Well, you’ve seen how protective he gets, right? Like a guard dog?
Noelle: Oh my gosh, yes! One time he almost fought a kid because they were racist to a monster.
Toriel: (laughing) Sounds about right. Honestly, he acts tough, but he’s just as gullible as ever. Like this morning — I guilt-tripped him into declining Berdly’s call. Works every time.
Noelle: (laughing) That’s so evil, Ms. Dreemurr.
Toriel: (smirking) Strategic, Noelle. Strategic.

(Toriel leans in like she’s about to reveal state secrets. Noelle leans in, intrigued.)
Toriel: Alright. Tip one — use his empathy. If he’s doing something reckless, just look disappointed. Instant shutdown.
Noelle: (grinning) Seriously?
Toriel: (smirking) Works like a charm. He once stopped trying to climb the roof just because I sighed.
Noelle: (laughing) Ohhh I’m using that.
Toriel: Tip two — reverse dare. If he says “I’m jumping off the porch”, you say “Cool, but do it barefoot”. His brain will short-circuit.
Noelle: (laughing) That’s genius.
Toriel: And final tip — the Mom Voice. Hit him with “Dantz Dreemurr, don’t make me repeat myself.” It’s like flipping his power switch off.
Noelle: Oh my God, you’ve cracked the code.

(Toriel smiles but her tone softens.)
Toriel: …You know, Noelle. You remind me a lot of myself.
Noelle: (blinking) Really?
Toriel: (softly) Yeah. When I first met Asgore, he was wild. Always getting into trouble, and I was the one pulling him back. Just like you do with Dantz.
Noelle: (blushing) Oh wow…
Toriel: And honestly? It’s a good thing. Dantz needs someone who keeps him grounded. Someone like you.
Noelle: (smiling) …Thanks, Ms. Dreemurr.
Toriel: (grinning) Now remember — if he ever gets out of hand, you know the tricks.
Noelle: (smirking) Ohhh, I’m ready.
(Cut to Noelle already mentally planning Dantz’s downfall with an evil smirk. Toriel just chuckles. Cut to the living room)

Berdly: 1-4! I WIN, BABY!
Dantz: (Trying to be a good sport) Hey Berdly, good game-
Berdly: HAH! Good game? Good GAME!? Dantz, you’re just TRASH compared to me! The MAYOR of GAMERTOWN! Bow before my skills, NOOB!
Dantz: (Fuming, teeth gritted) Berdly, just say “good game” and move on.
Berdly: Hah! “Good game?” Get real. You didn’t even come CLOSE to my level of GAMER GLORY. Now stay down in the dirt where you BELONG.
(Dantz is visibly shaking in rage, hands clenched.)
Dantz: (Thinking) Oh he is about to GET IT.
(Dantz SLAMS the phone down, bolts toward Toriel’s room, and BURSTS through the door.)
Dantz: MOM. I’m going outside to play in the snow—AND KICK BLUEBIRD CLOACA.
Toriel: (Turning to him, confused) …What’s a cloaca?
(Dantz STORMS out the front door.)
Noelle: (Chasing after him, panicked) DANTZ, THEY’LL TRY YOU AS AN ADULT!!
(Cut to the snow. Berdly is smugly waiting, already assuming Dantz came to apologize.)
Berdly: Oh-ho! You came in person to grovel, huh? You wanna bask in my radiance now that I’ve-
Dantz: (SNAPPING) SHUT. UP. BERDLY.

(Cut back to Toriel’s room)
Toriel: (Processing) Cloaca… cloaca… that’s a bird’s butt so that must mean…
(Toriel’s eyes widen in horror.)
Toriel: OH MY GOD, DANTZ IS GONNA KICK HIS BUTT.
(Toriel BOLTS for the door.)

(Cut back to the snow. Dantz and Berdly are squared off.)
Berdly: Pfft. What are you gonna do? Intimidate me with your subpar gaming skills?
Dantz: Nope. I’m gonna tackle you into next week.
Berdly: Oh PLEASE, I could dodge you in my sleep-
(Dantz IMMEDIATELY CHARGES and TACKLES BERDLY. They both HIT the ground and start rolling around like two wild animals.)
Susie: YEAH! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!
Asriel: (Frantic) DANTZ STOP YOU’RE GONNA GO TO JAIL!!
(Berdly manages to break free and flicks Dantz on the forehead.)
Berdly: (Taunting) Pathetic. Absolutely PATHETIC.
Dantz: (SNAPPING) THAT’S IT!
(Dantz TACKLES Berdly AGAIN and now they’re literally BRAWLING in the snow. Fists are flying. Limbs flailing. It’s pure chaos.)
Susie: (PUMPED) LET’S GOOOOOO!!! ROCK HIS FEATHERY JAW, DANTZ!!
Asriel: (Horrified) DANTZ, THIS IS A CRIME!!
(Berdly somehow wiggles free, grabs a handful of snow, and THROWS IT DIRECTLY IN DANTZ'S EYES.)
Dantz: (Blinded) AAAAGH MY EYES! THAT’S ILLEGAL! YOU CAN’T JUST-!
Berdly: TOODLE-LOO, SUCKER!
(Berdly IMMEDIATELY takes off flying, cackling like a maniac.)
Dantz: (Still blinded, furious) YOU COWARD! GET BACK HERE AND FIGHT ME LIKE A GAMER!
(Dantz, now relying purely on sound, chases Berdly’s wing flaps.)
Asriel: DANTZ, STOP!! YOU’RE BLIND!!
Dantz: I DON’T CARE!! I CAN HEAR HIS STUPID WINGS!!
(Dantz SLAMS full force into the Mauvier family’s fence, flipping over it and crashing into the snow.)
Cat Dad: (Poking his head out the window, wearing goofy attire) IT’S THE ALIEN INVASION! EVERYONE, GET YOUR TINFOIL HATS!!
Catti: (Monotone) Dad, it’s just Dantz.
Cat Dad: (Not listening, running inside) THEY’RE HERE TO ANALYZE OUR BRAINS!!
Catti: (Unfazed) …Anyway.

(Cut to Toriel DRAGGING Dantz by the hood of his coat.)
Toriel: YOU. ARE. GROUNDED.
Dantz: (Still fuming, kicking his feet like a toddler) HE DESERVED IT, MOM!! HE DESERVED EVERY BIT OF THAT TACKLE!!
Toriel: HE DESERVED WHAT!? GETTING PUMMELED INTO THE SNOW!?
Dantz: YES!!
Toriel: NO!!
(Cut to the sky where Berdly is still flying, proudly giving a raspberry to the camera.)
Berdly: (Smugly) GIT GUD, NOOB!
(Hard cut to black. The end.)
