He moved abroad to pursue a higher education and career, to accomplish what he was expected of him, what he was born in this world for - his sole purpose. He cared for nothing else and didn't need no one else either, until that door opened and shone light all over him, awakening his heart back into beating.

He wanted nothing more than to run away from his past and for once, use his mind and hands to build something in this world, to cover for what he destroyed both inside and outside. He never expected that there was someone out there who was willing to build something back for him, a monument of a love he could never fathom deserving.
