Chapter Text

The bells rang in the distance as Harvard coughed nervously, he still couldn't believe he was going to get married. On his side were his groomsmen, Tigger, Owl, Kedamono, Jeffery Ellen Gray, and a few others, plus his best man was Princeton. His soon-to-be-husband bride hadn't arrived yet but his bridesmaids, Candace Ling, Mia Salah Gamal, Sunny Eduardo Flores, Cinderella, and a couple more as well as Amy Rose, his soon-to-be-husband bride's maid of honor, were here. (Candace, Mia, Sunny, and Jeffery also doubled as security but anyone can join them in a fight).

There were a couple of ushers, family members, and friends were there as well as the officiant, Orel Puppington. (The official officiant flaked on them 3 days before the wedding but Orel volunteered) 

“Golly Mr. Harvard! Are you alright?”

“Yes, I'm fine, thank you Mr. Puppington,” 

The ring bearer, Cream, in a small baby blue dress like the bridesmaids, with her Chao, Cheese (in a suit) came into the place. She was holding a red velvet pillow with a diamond ring.

“Cream! Make sure to be careful with the ring!” Amy reminded Cream

“Yes Ms. Rose!” Cream replied. Then, Cream and Cheese stood next to Amy

Then, Milli, Geo, and Bot showed up. George and Bot had suits on although Geo still had his iconic square-ish belt while Milli's dress adapted to the environment, turning into a baby blue dress. All of them had wicker baskets with white roses inside of them that were being thrown by the flower trio. 

His bride was here.

Yale came out with blush on his cheeks and mascara on his long, dainty eyelashes. He wore a lengthy, snow-white, laced dress with white roses all over him. 

“Oh uh…Mr. Harvard? Your head is on fire,” Orel informed Harvard. As the girl who wants a perfect wedding for someone, Amy grabbed a fire extinguisher and put out the fire. 

Yale chuckled as he walked to his place, in front of Harvard

“All right!” Orel announced, “Welcome to Harvard and Yale's wedding!” The crowd cheered

For the next 18 minutes, Orel went through the wedding ceremony, acknowledging family members and friends, asking people to read their poems for the wedding (Amy’s was beautifully well written while Tigger needed Owl's help reading his poem (he can't read)), and talking about the couple.

“Do you Harvard, take Yale, as your lawfully wedded husband?” Orel asked Harvard

“I do,” 

“Do you promise to love, honor, and cherish him, in sickness and health for as long as you both shall live?” 

“I do,”

Orel turned to Yale

“Do you Yale, take Harvard, as your lawfully wedded husband?” Orel asked Yale

“I do,” 

“Do you promise to love, honor, and cherish him, in sickness and health for as long as you both shall live?” 

“I do,”

“Now, does anyone object to the couple getting married, speak now or forever hold your peace!”

No one objected

“Please state your vows,” Orel wiped a tear from his eye

“Yale, I promise to be your husband, from this day forward, I promise to share my life with yours…to love you…to laugh with you…and to build our dreams together while allowing you to grow your dreams. I promise to support you through times of trouble, rejoice with you in times of happiness and to have faith in our journey. I promise to give you all the love I can give, my whole life long,” 

Yale smiled and said, with tears in his eyes

“Harvard, I promise to be your husband, from this day forward, I promise to share my life with yours…to love you…to laugh with you…and to build our dreams together while allowing you to grow your dreams. I promise to support you through times of trouble, rejoice with you in times of happiness and to have faith in our journey. I promise to give you all the love I can give, my whole life long,” 

Orel raised his arms and with a huge grin he announced, “You may kiss the bride!” 

Yale and Harvard closed their eyes and leaned in to kiss and were about to until…

“I OBJECT!” 

As the words echoed through the room, everyone gasped and a few fainted for drama purposes. It was Oxford, with a dark cape, white masquerade mask, and black uniform. “For I, OXFORD, DENY THIS MARRIAGE!”

“Mr. Oxford, the vows have been made-” Orel informed Oxford but Oxford stomped loudly and Orel closed his mouth 

“NO! FOR I, OXFORD, WILL BREAK THIS MARRIAGE WITH MY HANDS AND RAW HATRED ALONE!”

“Who's Oxford?” Kedamono asked

“My crazy ex…” Yale whispered, Yale wasn't answering Kedamono's question but it seemed like it to Kedamono as Kedamono whispered back, “Thank you,”

But Owl noticed Kedamono’s question and answered, “Oxford is the headmaster of the university of the same name, I used to spend my youth at the Oxford stage where me and my theater class-”

“SILENCE!” Oxford yelled

“...Oxford wasn't very vocal like this…” Owl mumbled

“Now…ATTACK!”

Little robots crashed into the place from the windows and main doors, they grew wings and three little legs. Everyone started freaking out as some of the robots attacked the guests.

“CHEESE AND CRACKERS LOOK!” Tigger shouted and pointed to the window above Yale and Harvard

Then, a big circular robot, clearly the leader, crashed into the place from the window above Harvard and Yale. The robot shot wires down to Yale and before Harvard could save him, Yale was wrapped by the wires and pulled into the robot faster than anyone could blink. 

“YALE!” Harvard cried out

“HARVARD!” Yale yelled back, muffled by the robots walls before the robot exited the building. 

Harvard was livid and within him he felt a primal urge…he clenched his fists and adrenaline coursed his veins. He growled and felt himself giving in. Then he roared and transformed into a big red wolf. His teeth became sharper, his claws were revealed and his eyes were vicious for bloodshed. 

“He’s a wolf…?” Kedamono muttered in confusion before Amy yelled, “EVERYONE GET OUT NOW!” Her voice was sharp and loud as she whipped out her hammer. She smashed a couple of robots and got the people out of the building meanwhile, Candace, Mia, Sunny, and Jeffery summoned their weapons and began killing the machinery. Harvard was rough with it, slicing through the metal with his claws like a hot knife to a piece of cake. Harvard pushed through and exited the building. After the rest checked for guests left behind, Amy, Candace, Sunny, Mia, and Jeffery followed suit. Then, all 6 of them found a big sphere in the sky with a big-ass blue O in the center which also doubled as a big-ass O-shaped window that revealed Oxford's room where Oxford and Yale were in, clear as day.

“That must be where Oxford is!” Sunny yelled

“No duh we can see the O and them inside,” Jeffery replied as all of them raced to the metal lair looming in the sky.

Chapter Text

After some fighting and dodging, the 6 arrived on the top floor of a big skyscraper, they rushed to the roof and saw the lair looming right above it, casting a huge shadow over them. Sunny noticed a little door where, if they could climb the huge amount of boxes just laying there for some reason, they could access the lair.

Sunny told Amy this and Amy quickly nodded and all of them climbed the boxes. Amy noticed Sunny, Candace, Mia, and Jeffery climb oddly well for a bunch of 12 year olds. 

They reached the top and Amy tore off the door and wiggled inside, then Harvard, Sunny, Mia, Candace, and Jeffery. Amy whipped out her phone (her dress has pockets forgot to mention) and called Cream, hoping that she'd pick up her emergency call phone.

“Cream?”

“Hi Ms. Rose!”

“Where are you?”

“With the police,”

“Oh thank goodness,”

“I was running with the crowd and then robots showed up but Milli, Geo, Bot, and a few others helped by beating those meanies. I hid in a garbage bin with a purple wolf that had a mask on and a pretty princess named Cinderella but luckily a dog…dog man…dog-man cop showed up with another dog cop and a rabbit cop, I forgot their names though,” 

“I’m glad you're safe,”

“Where are you?” 

“Me and five others are going to save Yale and I have to go now, be safe!”

Cream said her goodbye and Amy ended the call. Then, the 6 got to work.

One of the first of many encounters was when they looked at a map and deduced where they were going. To the top where Oxford’s main room is. They raced down the halls and checked corners for robots.

As the group raced down another hall, a robot lunged at them. Amy smashed the robot but then another arrived which Sunny quickly shot down with her bow, but then another came, and another, and another.

They were soon surrounded

“Alright, do we fight?” Jeffery asked

“Well, I'll take the right side, Harvard?” Amy whispered as soft as she could at the same time she whispered as loud as she can for the others to hear

“What?” Sunny whispered 

“I'll take the right side, Harvard?”

“I'll join you,” Harvard muttered

“You four are taking the left side. Can you hold up?” Amy nervously asked 

All of them nodded

The 4 children took the left side while Amy and Harvard took the right side 

Jeffery slashed and parried with a couple of robots while Mia stabbed at the robots with her two daggers. Candace was graceful, turning her guandao to slice and hit her enemies, while Sunny helped out by shooting the far away enemies down. 

“Oh my god how many ARE THERE?!” Mia yelled as she kicked one away

“A lot!” Sunny yelled back as she shot another down

“Hurry!” Amy shouted as she got the others to turn around to see an opening.

All of them squeezed through the opening as a couple of bots bumped into each other and tripped. They were running down the liminal-space like corridors, bots still chasing them.

They made another turn where the lights were darker and Harvard saw the robots, “You!” He looked at Mia, Sunny, Candace, and Jeffery, “Quick! Get on my back!” 

Harvard stopped for the 4 to get on his back. Once they needed he ran and watched up with Amy

“Can you run fast?”

“Of course I can!” Amy replied and both began running at their top speeds. The wind coursing through her veins as the sounds the robots were making grew smaller and smaller, then, it got to a point where it was very faint. All 6 of them looked around and Amy spotted a red janitor door. “In there!” Amy said and all 6 of them entered and squeezed inside the janitor's room. 

Inside, it was dark and cluttered with another map. They considered going inside until they heard more robots coming, they became quiet as a mouse while the buzzing of the robots from outside continued until there was no more. Then, they checked if it was safe and they exited.

They did it

They were in front of the door of Oxford’s main room. They just had to fight and make a pit stop because Amy had to call Tails where she was: Hi Tails. I'm currently trying to rescue Yale, I already told Cream but I want to say this just in case she hadn't told you, Sonic, or Knuckles, or anyone else yet. 

Amy, Mia, Sunny, Candace, and Jeffery readied their weapons as Harvard opened the door to Oxford laughing, facing the window, in a chair wearing a big brown backpack while Yale was tied up with tape on his mouth in Oxford's bed.

“Let's move,” Amy whispered to the crew, one step and Oxford turned around to them, petting a fat white cat. 

“Well, well, well…look who we have here…four children…one pink hedgehog…and a red furry,”

“I am a wolf,” Harvard growled

“Yeah that's great. Anywho, it's too late…for I-” Before Oxford could finish his sentence, Sunny raised her bow and shot an arrow. Oxford dodged it thanks to luck, whipping out a metal box with an antenna and a comically large red button in the center. He pressed the button.

The walls of Oxford's main room fell apart as all of them were exposed to the wind whipping their hair (for Harvard it was fur) around and at the same time, wires appeared and held Yale down, Yale muttered a curse but it couldn't be heard thanks to the tape over his mouth.

“HAH HAHA HAHA!” Oxford cackled as robots rose all around them. 

“MORE?!” Mia yelled

“Unfortunately yeah!” Candace yelled back

“OH MY FUCKING!-” Mia shouted and the 6 began fighting while Yale struggled against the wires. 

Amy swung her hammer, smashing each robot who dared to cross her. She sounded one to the floor as Harvard bit a bot to pieces and crushed another with his bare paws. (To say Yale wasn't turned on would be a lie). Sunny and Mia were firing and slicing robots together, Jeffery and Candace were doing the same thing, Candace stabbed robots and sometimes she would pass them to Jeffery where he would chop them like sushi. 

After more swinging of his paws, Harvard noticed Oxford was gone, instantly he raced to Yale, swinging at robots and kicking them. He reached Yale and, using his claws, sliced the wires, he picked up Yale and whispered: “My mate…are you hurt?”

“No Harvard…honestly, you being a wolf kinda turns me on-” 

“GOTCHA!” Oxford, his backpack having transformed as a glider, picked up Yale and Harvard and flew with them. Harvard was shocked and before he could twist his head around to look at Oxford with a growl, Oxford dropped them.

Yale and Harvard screamed, Harvard was holding onto Yale so he wouldn't slip from his grasp. Amy, Mia, Sunny, Candace, and Jeffery shouted their names.

Yale felt tears from his eyes as he looked at Harvard, the tension was clear, both would die before they spent their whole lives together. They couldn't adopt kids, have sex, and look at the sunset together, they couldn't have a honeymoon!

Yale leaned in and kissed Harvard passionately, at least they would have a kiss before both of them died.

Which is what would have happened if Tails didn't catch them with his plane.

“TAILS! OVER HERE!” Amy shouted, Tails nodded and shot down a couple of robots before Oxford tried cutting off Tails, but Tails was firing at robots still and one of the blasts from his built-in guns punctured Oxford's glider. 

Finally, after shooting down the last robot. Tails landed his plane and told the 5 to get into his plane. Amy thanked Tails and Tails said: “You're welcome!” With a grin.

Meanwhile, Oxford was descending to the ground at a fast pace. He cursed out Yale and Harvard and tried to take control but the only thing he could control was the direction. He turned the glider to a street he assumed was safe, the wind was kicking at his body then he landed in a tree.

Oxford fell from the tree with a loud THUMP, surprised he was alive. He groaned as he looked at the building, a police station.

Shit

He crawled away but then, a pale woman with blonde hair, blue eyes, and blue earrings, popped out of the street and scream: IT'S HIM

In a flash, a blue blur dashed to Oxford and pinned him down. Oxford groaned, wishing he still had strength to push him off. Then, a big brown dog wearing a grey suit with handcuffs appeared, a small white rabbit with a sharp-toothed smile came after with an uzi, and a man..dog...man cop with a dog head followed.

The dog-man cop barked at the brown dog cop and the brown dog cop asked the person who pinned him down, on closer inspection, a blue hedgehog, if this was the ‘man who kidnapped a bride at a gay wedding’

“Yup! That's your guy Sam,” The hedgehog said

“Thank you, Sonic. Mister you are under arrest for kidnappin' a bride and endangering people and minors,” 'Sam’ put handcuffs on Oxford as the white rabbit asked Sam, “Can I use violence?”

“Alright Max,” 

‘Max’ soon punched the living daylights out of him

After a couple of minutes, Tails arrived in his plane in front of the same police station where Oxford was arrested. The 7 of them left the plane and entered the building.

Inside were the people that were attending the wedding. Some were getting patched up, like Tigger, who had a rip in his fur that was getting sewn back together by Cinderella, and some were talking about it, like Owl was with Kedamono. To say the people were ecstatic was an understatement.

“Amy!” Sonic yelled and ran to her, “Hi Sonic!”

“Are you alright?” Sonic asked

“Why thank you for asking Sonic! Yes, I am alright!” Amy hugged Sonic as a blush coated Sonic's muzzle. 

The rest of the day, Harvard and Yale had their wedding continued in the police station and Max had to give a knockout punch to Oxford whenever he woke up.

There was delicious food, talking, and the best part? Dancing

Harvard and Yale ballroom danced while Dog Man (the dog-man cop) showed off his breakdance moves which impressed and hyped up everyone. 

That was Harvard and Yale's wedding. If you're wondering, Harvard and Yale had to leave for their honeymoon at a…seedy place where they got…freaky
