Summary
A collection of tales inspired by lyrics (initially) from the songs of the film 'A Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes' about Kiri Matsumura and her relationships with Zero and Ichiru Kiryu throughout the years. Ranging from when they were but small children, to teenagers, to the times and events that took place at Cross Academy, to the centuries afterwards.
A trio of friends raised to be vampire hunters, from the distinguished Matsumura and Kiryu hunter lineages, thick as thieves, torn apart by the circumstances of their lives, families, and the Hunters Association that doesn't want to allow a single end left untied, or strong hunter untouched.

Kiri Matsumura, the Matsumura family, specific other characters, their stories, storylines, and interactions with the original cast are my creations. Vampire Knight, the cast of characters, stories, worldbuilding, and depictions all belong to Matsuri Hino and Ayana Fujisaki, the original mangaka and the co-author for the light novels. I lay no claim to their IP and only wish to explore the world further with characters of my creation and share those explorations and interpretations with other fans of the series.
