In the 41st year of the Reign of Xuanzheng, the year of Gengzi, eleven new additions are made to the Gusu Lan Wall of Rules within one day.

From the Gusu Lan Department of Records 

On the 10th day of the 2nd lunar month of the 41st Year of the Reign of Xuanzheng, the Year of Gengzi (that is, 3 years after the downfall of former Chief Cultivator Lianfang-zun), 11 additions were made to the Gusu Lan's Rules within one day. These were: 

  1. You shall not climb the Cloud Recesses' Wall of Rules. 
  2. You shall not climb the Cloud Recesses' Wall of Rules just to avoid your former acquaintances. 
  3. If you absolutely must do so, you shall only argue with your former acquaintances at a regular speaking volume. 
  4. You shall not eavesdrop on the disagreements of others, no matter how loud or how public they may be. 
  5. All medical procedures performed by Gusu Lan and/or any of its affiliated personnel require fully informed consent from the patient. For a complete definition of "fully informed consent," please refer to Rules #3199 and #4023. 
  6. Be mindful of what you say and/or reveal in a moment of anger. 
  7. There will be no emotionally significant shocking revelations in the Cloud Recesses. 
  8. There will be no hypocrisy in the Cloud Recesses. 
  9. If you absolutely must do so, you shall only cry in public at an acceptable volume. 
  10. You shall not say the words "Wen patrol" anywhere near the vicinity of the individual named Wei Ying courtesy name Wuxian. 
  11. The individual named Jiang Cheng courtesy name Wanyin is only permitted in the Cloud Recesses so long as he speaks at an acceptable volume.
