    Jamie at least temporarily out of the way - until the girl wakes up, or confronts Cynthia, of course - she and the Reader seem to be living in momentary bliss.

    For once, they weren’t fighting; there was no doubting, and they’d started sneaking around together again.

    However, the only issue seeming to remain at this moment is the problem of possibly being caught.

    Reader easily messes up, here, and - as she does - she fears that (though it doesn’t mess things up between the two somehow), she could easily lose herself, too, if she woke up, and Cynthia were gone, somehow.
