“It is not a big discovery but it did prove some of my theories, however…”
Aether doesn’t understand alchemy the way Albedo and Timaeus do but he knows the basics of it… he can craft something which isn’t really hard considering it is only step one and two and done. Often than not he couldn’t really understand what Albedo was saying but he loves to hear him talk about his work. He finds joy in listening to Albedo talking about the things he did for that day… whether it was out research, experiment or simply teaching Timaeus and Sucrose.
Aether just loves the passion and gleam in Albedo’s eyes whenever he gets to showcase his current ideas and would ask for his opinion though he doesn’t add that much. There’s always this star and awe factor whenever Albedo speaks… he does sound like a genius, but happier than that.
I'm returning… Albedo seems to like it as well whenever he tells him about his adventures and what he did for that day. Their topics are quite the opposite but never clashing… Albedo always finds a way to connect them both.
“... Aether?” Albedo’s voice snatched him back from his thoughts.
“Sorry… what was that?”
Albedo sighs but he doesn’t look upset. “I’m sorry… am I boring you?”
Aether shakes his head immediately. “Of course not! I was just lost in thought there for a moment…”
Albedo tilted his head to the side, confused, and Aether chuckled.
“I was just thinking how much I love it when you talk.” he admits and watches Albedo’s face get a bit red on the cheeks. “You look so cute.”
Albedo looks away but then looks back. “That’s…”
Feeling a little, Aether leaned propped his chin on his palm. “Don’t mind me… please continue talking.”
It was a delight and heart fluttering to make Albedo speechless sometimes. He’s always composed and serious that you’ll often think he needs a breather or a break.
Albedo only smacks him with no force as he continues. Aether smiles, admiring and thinking just how down bad he is.
