"Alright," Diamond sighed, "Since this is a test run, it's just you three. Okay?"
Iceberg Lettuce, Starfruit, and Poker Chip are harmoniously agreed.
"Any questions?" Diamond asked, shuffling the deck.
Poker Chip raised her hand, "What are the different types of hands?"
"Good question, you have a royal flush-"
"What's a royal flush?"
Diamond sighed, "If you would let me finish, a royal flush is where you have 10, Jack, Q-"
"What's a Jack?"
"A Jack is the card with a J on it. As I was saying, a royal flush is where you have a 10, Jack, Queen, K-"
"Is the Queen like a Jack but with a Q instead?"
"YES! Let me finish, god... a royal flush is where you have a 10, Jack, Queen, King, and Ace of the same suit."
"What's a suit?"
"Ugh, okay, a suit is the different shapes on the cards. You have hearts, diamonds, clubs, and spades."
"Can you show me one of each?"
"You don't even need to know which is which for Poker!"
"But I'll remember better if you show me."
"You. Don't. Need. To. Know. Which. Is. Which."
"Okay, fine, now where were we?"
"Different types of hands. You have the royal flush, straight flush, f-"
"What's a straight flush?"
Diamond sharply inhaled, looked Poker Chip dead in the eyes, and spoke in an incredibly harsh tone, "Poker Chip, if you interrupt me ONE more time, you will be banned. Understood?"
"But if I don't understand something I'm meant to ask questions."
"But if you would let me explain, th-"
"So what is a straight flush?"
Diamond slammed his hands on the table, before point away from it, "Leave. NOW!"
Poker Chip was never allowed back to the Poker table. And she was banned from playing Poker.
