Mikey is going through some serious health issues with no physical cause, no injuries, no infection, no poison, no disease, or sickness or illness, no nothing! Which can only mean something else is causing this, something is wrong with Mikey's brain, it's not unheard of that people can get sick from emotional distress or similar stuff, and since Mikey's condition has been getting worse with no easy way to help him, his brothers decide it's time for another trip inside Michelangelo's brain to see which of his loose screws is screwing up his immune system.
