Summary
Lana Love is the most loved victor in the Capitol, people were stuck by her beauty and her voice. She had the most alluring singing voice and was paraded around the Capital and commanded to show it off. She had let it slip once that she had written thousands of songs when she was a child, and the next day she was signed to the biggest record company in Panem.
She did what they asked churning out albums every couple of months, performing every night terrified of what they’d do to her if she said no.
In the entertainment industry of the Capitol she met Caesar Flickerman of whom at first seemed like a friend or a confidant. She quickly found out he just wanted her body like everyone else. They got married and she was stuck. In a city she hates, in a marriage she hates, with a career that she lost love for.
So every year she counted down the day till the reaping, so she could get on that train and see her fellow district 12 mentor. The love of her life.
