Summary
As Dante goes back with the Sinners to the bus the closer they get the more they smell something sickly sweet. They turned around to the Sinners and saw that some of them were covering their noses, namely the Alphas, the Omegas did too though to a much lesser extent and the Betas seemed unbothered.
Just as Dante boards the bus they're hit with the sickly sweet smell.
