Summary
Everyone who knows anything about women’s football knows Roy Kent. She’s one of those ubiquitous names in their game, among the likes of Marta, Rapinoe, Sinclair, Scott. For as long as Jamie can remember, she’s looked up to Kent. When Manchester City first offered Jamie a spot in their academy, she put all of her focus into training to play the 8. She wanted to be just like Roy Kent.
The problem with Roy Kent that Jamie doesn't figure out until she turns twenty and goes on loan to AFC Richmond, two years after Kent made the transfer there, is that Kent is a massive fucking cunt.
