   Summary

   After the war ended, Ratchet was left behind.
   Cybertron rebuilt itself without him. Team Prime drifted into the past. He tried to keep contact. He tried to schedule get togethers. But they were too busy. Too far away, excuses upon excuses piled up.

   So Ratchet stopped calling. Stopped messaging. Stopped hoping.

   Stopped living.

   After nearly 10 years by himself, he gets a call that drags him back into a world he barely recognizes. A reunion of old friends, promises of change, whispers of hope.

   But scars run deeper than metal, and some cycles aren’t broken easily.

   Healing is slow. Trust is fragile. And even now, Cybertron teeters between freedom and the same chains most bots spent their lives fighting to break.

   He isn’t sure he belongs anymore.

   Maybe he never did.
