Summary
Soft, choked gasps were drowned out by the roar of the crowd. The final view was the mourning grievance of his first love as her salty tears cascaded upon his cheeks. Blinking, the uproar of humans and aliens alike dissipate into a harsh ringing until, just as suddenly... it's gone.
Then, like a steady hand, Till finds himself gently guided from the darkness of death and finds himself very much alive.
