Summary
Fallen was the first Decepticon to exist and responsible for corrupting innocents to evil. Before creating the Decepticons, Fallen was one of the original Primes and his right arm was a seeker. D-16 it grew inside the faction that the Fallen was creating and taking wonder as the right arm of the leader Decepticon: Starscream.
During a mission Starscream it disappears when compria orders of the Fallen to investigate an uninhabited planet and Fallen finishes falling and someone needed to keep on leading the Decepticons and D-16 name seedling and he becomes the newest leader wanting to create,or even overcome, what Fallen had but he was lacking something...
