Chapter Text

Ayano wakes up to the sound notification of texts for Taro Yamada her new boyfriend

Ayano - "Crap.. What time is it?"

Ayano sits up and checks her phone

Taro Yamada (BF) | 9:20 am

Taro.. - "Hey ayano are you coming out soon its almost class and we're not even halfway there!" | 8:30

Taro.. - "Ayanoo sorry for the rush but we gotta get going Im sure you don't wanna be late" | 8:50

Taro.. - "If you don't come out Im coming in are youokay?" | 9:18

Ayano - "Two minutes ago so hes-"

Taro Pulls open the door quickly both Ayano's and Taro's eyes lock

Taro - "Oh thank goodness your okay!"

Ayano - "Yes sorry dear I slept in I just woke up.. How about you go to the living room I'll be down soon"

Taro - "Alright! IF you need me I'll just be right now stairs"

Ayano hurriedly gets ready and runs downstairs 

Ayano - "Im here and ready to go!"

Taro - "Great you look amazing!"

Both Ayano and Taro run to akedemi high trying not to lose anymore time, they finally arrive more out of breath than ever

Ayano - "*Huff* Thank *Huff* Goodness!"

Taro - "Great! *Huff*.. Alright Im gonna get going, meet you at lunch?"

Ayano - "*Phew* Yes of course!"

Taro breaths in and out for a second then starts running again to his class

Ayano - ".. Alright lets get started"

Ayano takes one step and drips instantly as she hits the ground her stockings rip and her knee gushes blood

Ayano - ".. ow.. "

??? - "Its you.."

Ayano jumps a little then quickly turns around and looks at Megami Saikou as their eyes lock and Ayano is overflown with different feelings even more complex then how she felt with taro shes silently looking maybe for a little to long

Megami - "*sigh* Hello Ayano Aishi.. Do you need help?"

Ayano - "O-oh!.. Erm yes I cut my knee badly"

Megami - "Look Ayano Aishi I know what your mother has done how she killed that girl.. Listen here and listen well, we are not friends I will never be friends with someone like you.. you're lucky I'm even helping you, your're lucky I'm even tolerating you at my fathers school.. I could leave you here but.. That'd be cruel.. Not that you or your mother would know about being cruel.."

Ayano - "!!.. Yes I understand and thank you"

Megami helps ayano up and puts her arms around her shoulder, Ayano blushes just a little, they both slowly walk to the nurses office

10:01 am

??? - "Hello ladies your're both quite late what seems to be thee problem"

Ayano - "I uhm dripped on myself.. stupdily.. and cut my knee badly.. luckily megami had arrived late and helped me!"

??? - "Aw how sweet thank you Ms Saikou!"

Megami - "Thank you Mrs Kankoshi, but please you can just call me Megami"

Ayano's face turns red something about Megami..

Nurse Kankoshi - "Are you alright Ayano?'

Megami and Kankoshi look at Ayano's bright red face

Ayano - "Uhm yes! COuld I just get a bandaidrealquickImkindalatetoclass and uhm... you know I don't wanna be more late"

Nurse Kankoshi - "Yes of course dear stay here"

Megami - "Alright goodbye ayano"

Ayano - "Megami..? Could you stay and walk me to class?"

Megami - "..no.."

Megami turns around and leaves Ayano's face in a instant turns back to normal after the conscience answer

Ayano - "*SIgh*.. great"

Ayano Walks to class and sits down 1 hour late 

As the bell rings Ayano sits up then glances over to Osana's desk a white flower in a vase stands on it it seems like its staring right at Ayano, Ayano then notices Raibaru sitting silently.. she cut her hair.. Ayano feels sorrowful .. But she shakes the feeling off and goes to the roof to sit with Taro

Taro - "Hey Ayano! What happen to your knee?"

Ayano - "huh..? OH! Yes uhm after you left I tripped and cut my knee"

Taro - Im so sorry I should've walked with you to class!"'

Ayano - "NoNo Its fine someone actually helped me up and to the nurse!"

Taro - "OH that's good!"

Ayano - "Heh.. Yeah"

Taro - "Hey so who helped you?"

As the words leave Taro's mouth Images of violet and gruesome acts fly across Ayano's head blood gushing all over the walls, a rope dropping down a snapping sound flickering around her ears, she quickly grasp her head, she feels dizzy and like shes losing her breath, it feels like shes drowning and she cant get out.. Its all Ayano's fault everything repeats over and over.

Taro - "Ayano! Are you okay?"

Ayano gasps breathing heavily and hyperventilating 

Taro - "Im gonna go get the nurse!"

Ayano - "*Gasping* NoNO!.. Uhm Its.. ITs fine IM good.."

Taro - "Oh thank goodness"

Ayano - "It was Megami Saikou.. uhm she helped me!"

Taro - "Oh.. Uhm yeah that's.. Good"

Ayano - "Mhm.."

Class Time

1:20 pm

Ayano waves goodbye to Taro but instead of going to class she runs to Info-Chan and opens the door

IF - "You know your not allowed in here"

Ayano - "Yes I know but look I need help"

If - "Hmm? Didn't you get your senpai?"

Ayano - "I- Yes but.."

Ayano hesitates

Ayano - "I love Taro. I really do. But… today I met Megami Saikou. I tripped, and she helped me. We looked at each other and and something clicked. It felt electric. More powerful than anything I ever felt with Taro."

IF - "Let me get this straight. You want to ditch your loyal and easy to win over boyfriend… for the heir of the Saikou corporation. A girl who hates your bloodline. And is probably straight."

Ayano - "*Sigh* Yeah.. Thats the big promblem.. You're right though, I can't break something steady to build a harder risky one! Thank you."

*Ayano gets up to leave*

IF - "WAIT!.. Ayano you don't look happy.. I could help you get with Megami but to do this you have to break up with Taro Yamada"

Ayano - "I-.. I don't know If I can I love him truly but I also love Megami.."

If - "Look I'll help you once you break up with Taro.. Okay?"

Ayano - "Right yes okay! Thank you Info-Chan!"

IF - "Yeah Yeah now.. Go!"

Ayano walks out of the dark room with some new thoughts to think about.. While tranced in thought she bumps into Megami

Megami - "?!.. Ayano what the hell are you doing on the third floor especially at class time!"

Ayano - "I was just on my way I eat on the roof and lost track of time Promise.. I mean I could ask I the same thing about you!"

Megami - "I patrol every nook and cranny here It takes time Ayano Aishi Im also on my way to class"

Ayano - "Great.. Could.. Could I walk with you? to you class?"

Megami - ".."

Megami takes a breath in and breathes out

Megami - "Fine but we walk shoulder to shoulder I can't trust you"

Megami and Ayano walk shoulder and shoulder down the halls to Megami's classroom

Megami - "Why are you doing this is it some sick plan If I turn around are you gonna silent assassin me"

Ayano - "I-.. I know my family isn't the best when it comes to.. Controversy and I know they don't have a good relationship with your family but You seem nice and kind even though you've acted differently to me..."

Megami - "wow.. that's really-"

Megami and Ayano reach the class

Megami - "Goodbye Ayano"

Megami quickly speed walks into the class, then Ayano walks to her classroom smiling all the way

Ayano walks into the classroom and sits down only 5 minutes late this time, as she opens her notebook she can't shake the feeling someones standing behind her, they're breathing heavily the thing reaches out her arms and grabs Ayano's shoulder. Ayano shoots up off her seat her chair fly's back a little everyone looks be hide them and stares 

Teacher - "Excuse me Aishi is there a problem?"

Ayano - "Sorry Ma'am.. Could I be excused I need to use the restroom..?"

Teacher - "*Sigh*.. Yes but be quick"

Ayano makes a dash for the bathroom her hands are shaking shes never felt like this?.. She washes her bloody hands..? Wait no why are they bloody.?

Ayano - "noNoNO! What is this?!"

Ayano rubs her hand harder and faster trying to wash the blood off but she can't... Ayano breaks down onto the floor as she looks up she sees Osana's decapitated body and Amai's charred body they stare at her they don't speak but Ayano can hear there blood curdling cry's of pain

Ayano - "PLEASE IM SORRY NO..NO!!"

Ayano covers her ears and closes her eyes for what feels like hours, decades even. She then opens her eyes they're gone.. For now.. Ayano gets up still shaking, the water is almost overfilling the sink, why is she feeling these feelings..? with Taro she could feel happiness and love but now with Megami she feels dispair, Anger, Confusion, Fright and so many more complex feelings Ayano can't wrap her head around.. She lets the water empty down the drain before washing off her face and walking back to class

Ayano - "Why am I seeing these visions.. Why.. Why now.."

Ayano opens the door the classroom and sits down staring right at Osana's desk for what seems like the whole class till the bell rings, Ayano gets up and walks home by herself she doesn't wait for Taro she doesn't help clean.. Shes drained and lost at thought, she doesn't want Taro to see her in this bewildered state...

3:40pm

Ayano walks home she hears the dogs barking in someones backyard, the songs of the wind, shes at peace 

??? - "AYYYYYANOOOO!!!"

Ayano turns around and sees Hanako Yamda, Taro Yamada's sister, Hanako crashes into Ayano squeezing her tight

Ayano - "ARgh! Hey Hanako. Shouldn't you be in school"

Hanako - "I get off early!! I go to a different school remember shouldn't you still be in school!!"

Ayano - "I didn't feel good so I went home early"

Hanako - "Oh no! DO you need to go to the hospital? Or-or you want me to walk you home"

Ayano - "No it's okay I feel better but It would be nice to have someone to talk to.. We can walk together.."

Hanako - "Yippe!! Oh my goodness let me tell you about my day yan-chan!!"

Ayano and Hanako talk to each other, or well Hanko talks and Ayano listens, After 20 minutes of Hanako yapping away they finally reach Ayanos house

Ayano - "Well this is my home, thank you Hanako!"

Hanako - "Of course!! See ya later!!"

Ayano and Hanako wave goodbye to each other before Ayano opens the door and runs to the coach to collapse on it, she sighs pulling out the phone

4:00pm

8 new notifications from "Taro Yamada (bf)"

Ayano looks at all the texts of a worried Taro, shes to mentally drained to read and text back, She hops back up from the couch and walks into the kitchen to make dinner using Amai's cookbook... Amai was a creative girl especially when it came to making foods everyone loved her, so many options but yet Ayano choose to burn her alive, pouring the gasoline into a large bucket and carefully putting it above a door, she lured Amai to the door, the gasoline dumped all over her the bucket hitting the ground in what felt like slow motion Amai rushed to the locker rooms and Ayano followed in with a lit candle Ayano walked be hide Amai and threw the candle..... Amai screamed as loud as she could her skin peeling off from the fire as she try to crawls away.. But no one can hear her.. Ayano watches as Amai's life gets burned away only leaving a black charred corpse.

Ayano snaps back to reality and cuts her finger hyper-ventilating in the process 

Ayano - ".. Dammit"

Ayano walks to the bathroom washing the blood of her han-.. Finger and putting a band-aid on it, Ayano then takes a bath and goes to bed thinking about Megami the whole time

5:00 pm

In Ayano's dream

Ayano - "Megami.. Hey thanks for meeting me"

Megami - "Oh er.. Hello Ayano what did you want to meet me for"

Ayano - "Well.. I know our family's dont get along and for a good reason but.. For the past week I-, I've been admiring you.. I mean not in a stalker way but.. Uhm.. Look I've never felt like this before.. I mean that in a literal way.. When I meant Taro he made me feel more emotions then I had ever felt, but, when I meant you I felt even stronger, more complex emotions I've been trying to control them and well whenever I'm near you I feel better.. What I'm trying to say is that.. I love you Megami Saikou and I wanna spend my life with you!"

Megami - "... pathetic.."

Ayano - "W-What?.."

Megami - "You really think I could love you.. Your right our family's don't get along and will never get along after everything your digusting family has done to innocent people.. You disgust me Ayano Aishi"

Ayano - "No... NoNo.. Megami please"

Megami - ".. You've enough of my time.. Leave me alone or else"

Ayano feels something in her hand.. Its a knife..

Ayano - ".. how did I..?"

She looks up at Megami walking away, Ayano went through so much just for Megami and this is how shes treated.. Ayanos hand turns into a fist, she grips the knife so hard it would break into pieces.. Ayano screams, and as Megami turns around Ayano Pounces onto Megami trying to stab her

Megami - "WHAT THE HELL YOU PYSCHO I KNEW IT!"

Megami pushes the knife away and punches Ayano away, then tries to run away but Ayano stabs her foot and drags her closer, Megami yelps in pain, Ayano gets on top of Megami and stabs her each stab making Megamis eyes lose life and making Ayano more and more blood soaked, Ayano lets out a scream and blows one more stab..

Ayano - "Oh God.. What have I done.."

Ayanos hands are shakey, she starts crying regretting what she did, then she glances at the bloody knife, Ayano gets up and grabs the knife, looks a Megamis ensanguined body, then back at the knife

Ayano - "I'm so sorry Megami.."

Ayano stabs herself and as she bleeds out she gets on the ground and lays next to Megami holding her hand, Megamis head then turns and starts screaming

Ayano - "ARGH-AHH"

1:30 am

Ayano's bedroom

Ayano shoots out off bed drenched in a cold sweat, Thoughts race around Ayano's head she gets out of bed and into the kitchen to get a glass of water

Ayano pours herself a glass of water and looks at a photo of Ryoba and her mother, its a old picture but it makes Ayano smile even though she knows what they did to get their lovers, but just out of the corner of her eye Ayano sees something in the garden, she runs to the sliding door locking it quickly but as she looks up she sees.. No one.. Ayano sighs, trembly as she sips her glass of water

After she gets done she washes the glass and walks back up-stairs to go back to bed.

!! CHAPTER NOT FINISHED YET !!

The alarm clock rings and rings until Ayano gets up from sleeping she sleepily gets up and turns off the clock, a mixed emotions swirls around her mind.. Megami swarms her mind but.. Shes supposed to be in love with Taro.. She IS in love with Taro but Megami's presence pulls Ayano towards her..

*Ayano Sighs* She remembers what Info-chan said about Taro, it would be wrong to lead Taro on , Ayano gets dressed, eats breakfast and leaves for school as soon as she walks out the door Taro pops up

Taro - " Hey Ayano! Wanna walk to school together?"

Ayano - "O-Oh!.. Taro.. Uhm.."

Ayanos hands get shaky thinking about the weight of breaking up with taro

Ayano - "Sure.. I'd love to..!"

Taro - "Hey.. Are you alright?"

Ayano - "Uh-.. I-.."

Ayano takes a deep breath

Ayano - "Im fine thank you! I just had a strange dream last night.."

Taro - "Oh really what was it about?"

Ayano - "I forgot.... We should get to school before we're late.."

Taro - ".. Y-Yeah.. Good call.."

Ayano and Taro stare at each other for a second before Ayano looks away and walks away with Taro's hand in her's

Ayano - "Im sorry for that.. I've just been thinking alot.. About the future, y'know?"

Taro - "Yeah I get what you mean.. And hey if you need to talk to someone You can always talk to me.. You know that right..?"

Ayano - "I know.. Thanks Taro that means a lot.. seriously"

Taro - "Hey! I was wondering if you wanted to go see this new movie tonight.. Its a romance"

Ayano - "You know I don't like romance movies"

Taro - "I've heard its pretty good though Im sure you'd like it!"

Ayano - "Fine I'll go but If I don't like it I will walk out"

Taro - "Fine by me!"

Ayano and Taro arrive at school Ayano notices Megami 

Ayano - "Hey Taro I'll see you at lunch okay?"

Taro - "Alright! Love you!"

Ayano blows a kiss to Taro before running to Megami
