   Shin stared into those deep, jet-black eyes, and suddenly found his earlier defiance almost laughable. Resistance felt meaningless—how much easier it would be to simply surrender to the alluring invitation.

   The man's lips parted slightly, as inviting as the feast of meats now surely gone cold upon the table.

   "Truly an evil," Shin chuckled, a laugh tinged with both relief and delight. "Okay I give up. You win."

   Nagumo leaned in, and pressed a soft kiss against those thin lips that still wore a smile.
