Summary
The war ends. There's a baby in the crib and dust gathering on the windowsills. Ted is gone. Dora is gone. Her house doesn't feel like her home anymore.
There's also a sister calling on her door, offering an inheritance she had long since forsaken and a reconciliation she does not think she can accept.
