    Every morning, Loki wakes in the same hall with the same purpose: to guide two goats down the long, winding Yggdrasill path. Every day, he battles a rotating list of foes alongside an even faster rotating list of allies, doing what he can to keep them alive. Call it trauma bonding or whatever, but after the hundredth battle alongside his co-strategist, Mantis, he thinks he might actually be starting to enjoy himself. That is, until the doors open and he sees an alternate version of himself waiting for him on the other side.
