Summary
The shed felt- sterile almost. Despite the trance she seemed to be under, she couldn’t help but notice the way their components looked at her. She struggled to read their expressions, was it judgement, or hatred, jealousy or just simple acknowledgement of her presence. Whatever it was, it was unsettling. Nothing like the way Rusty or the coaches looked at her, starlight she’d even prefer the way Greaseball and the other engines looked at her, at least then she could tell what was on their minds. The components were completely unreadable. In fact, she could barely tell them apart. She figured if she ever had to talk to them she’d just have to guess which one it was.
