Work Text:

"Rio Vidal has the ball at her feet, she is heading for the goal. Whoa this beautiful slalom in the defense of the opponent, it’s incredible as it seems she dances between the defenders of Louisville. Just a few more metres to open the scoring in this decisive match. Vidal is dangerously close.... and GOAL!!!!"
It’s the euphoria in the Sports Illustrated Stadium, the player with the number 69 is applauded by the crowd of fans.
"Ladies and gentlemen, less than twenty minutes from the end of this match, the home team finally scores the first goal."
All the players of FC Gotham celebrate this action with their captain, but no time to rest on these laurels, the game is not over and the victory is not yet secured.

In the bleachers the screams are heard from all sides, Agatha Harkness almost mouthing her ears. At her side her son Nicholas screams to the top of his lungs, while brandishing the scarf of his favorite team.
Joy can be read on the face of the seven-year-old boy.
"Mom, you saw the big goal, did you see it?"
His eyes lit with a thousand lights crossed those of his mother who smiled back with a small laugh that escaped from between her lips.
"Yes, Nicky, I saw it."
"Saw the power of Mami’s shot, she aimed and then BOOM into the goal!"
Agatha can only smile at the enthusiasm of her son, since his early age Nicky has an unwavering admiration for his Mami. At each match he is ready with his scarf and number 50 flocked jersey, mother and son matching as every time their favorite player is on the field. The professor of Literature will never encourage his wife without wearing her jersey personalized with the 93 inscribed on her back.
"Mom, can you hold me?"
She obeys and gives a kiss on the cheek of her son.
"Come here my little dinosaur."
Then her gaze is lost on the football field where the players are getting back in place to continue the game, and there, amidst the cries and tension of the stadium, she sees her, still focused despite the goal she has just scored.
Now she sees only herself, no matter who the others are around her, Agatha Harkness has eyes only for her wife.

She fucking did it, she finally scored that damn goal after 70 minutes of play. Rio knows the public is counting on her team and her to lift the trophy at the end of the season. She celebrates her action, but the seriousness of the task to be accomplished is very much on Rio’s face.
Everyone goes to take her place to continue, when suddenly she feels a kind of burn in her back, and then she knows.
She turns and looks up to the stands of the stadium, and there, in the midst of all, her wife is looking at her.
Just them, for those few seconds that seem like whole minutes, they are only themselves.
Nothing in the world matters except them.

The moment is only for them two, or at least that’s what Agatha thinks until some blows from her belly are felt.
"Oh Mom, I think my little sister also wants to play soccer with Mami!"
She smiled at Nicky’s remark.
"Yes my love, but she’ll have to wait a little longer I think. Look, they’re resuming the game."
The little boy laughs and turns all his attention to the match of his Mami.

The game continues to play if the New York team keeps the advantage, then the whistles sound, it’s over.
FC Gotham wins the NWSL championship after a clean sheet season.
It’s chaos in the stadium, fans are screaming, the joy of this home victory is felt by everyone.
Agatha takes her son in her arms to prepare to leave before the crowd blocks all access.
"Hang on to me Nicky, okay, we’ll be joining Mami soon."
The seven-year-old boy clings to his mama, in his hands his faithful companion of always Arlo, his dinosaur Apatosaurus.
If you asked Nicholas Harkness-Vidal what his favorite animal is, he would tell you with the beautiful smile of a child of his age, that he still hesitates between his very dear Arlo and a Velociraptor. And yes, how to choose between the speed of one and the size of the other, it is literally impossible to choose for Nicky.

The way to get to the reserve areas of the stadium is fast, Agatha greets those whom she crosses by taking the direction of the entrance that leads to the lawn of the stadium, from where the cries of joy are heard.
The decisive match is now twenty minutes and still no sign of Rio, this does not worry Agatha even if she begins to tire with her son in his arms and his daughter who from time to time gives blows in her belly.
"Well, if it isn’t Agatha Harkness and her little knight in armor."
As soon as this is heard by the little boy, he almost jumps out of his mother’s arms to join those of a slightly older woman.
"Oh Lilia, I didn’t know you were here, Rio didn’t tell me."
The two women say hello and expect another minute Lilia shows the pregnant woman some chairs so she can rest.
"She doesn’t know I’m here, I wanted to surprise her and given the result of the match, I think I did well to come. So how is my beloved little son?"
Then Nicky starts to tell his grandma all the unwinding of the match they have just seen.

While her son enjoys a few moments with Lilia, Agatha allows herself to take a look at the football field to try to see his wife.
And she does, she sees her wife with her teammates still celebrating the end of this memorable season.
But she especially sees one of her players a little too close to his wife, on the verge of indecency.
Who does she think she is ? Where does she allow herself to touch Rio as if it were hers ?
Agatha does not have time to ask more questions, all the people present on the field return behind the scenes, as soon as Rio rushes through the door she looks immediately at her pregnant wife.
"Hey there you are! I tried to see you in the stands but now I know why I don’t see you anymore."
It was Rio kissing his wife while avoiding too much sticking because of her perspiration.
"Nicky couldn’t wait any longer to come and congratulate you, and so can I, Madam NWSL Champion Captain."
"Thank you, I hope you didn’t wait too long, I might have had to slip out of the field more quickly."
Agatha smiles at his wife.
"Don’t worry my love, your daughter kept me company while our son did a full summary of his Mami’s match against Lilia."
Rio draws a smile before kneeling in front of his wife’s well-rounded belly.
"When she is nice it’s our daughter, but when she becomes a real devil, it’s only mine."
She looks at her stomach and speaks directly to her daughter.
"Leave your poor mother alone if you want, she needs to rest or I’ll have to massage her feet again tonight."
Agatha makes his wife fall in retaliation for what she has just said.
Rio does not have time to respond to anything because her son has just spotted her.
"MAMIIIIII!!!
"Hey buddy, what’s up?"
"You won the game, you won the trophy!!"
This is followed by a long moment of hugging and kissing between Rio and Nicky.
"You want to see the medal, little dinosaur?"
The little boy can no longer speak because of all the joy in him.

Once the whole family had recovered from their emotions related to Rio’s victory, they decided to go for the occasion in the nearest In N Out.
Nothing like a good hamburger to celebrate this new trophy.
Since their departure from the stadium, Agatha is silent, too quiet for his wife’s taste.
A proverb says "Silence is gold and speech is silver", and if that turns out to be true, Rio Vidal is completely screwed.
Because his wife manipulates words like no one else, so when Nicky asks Lilia to accompany her to the toilet, the football player sees there an opportunity to ask his very pregnant wife what is going on in that pretty head.
"So is my daughter still kickboxing in your belly or she got tired? "
Agatha does not respond immediately.
"She calmed down a bit, but I note for later that she may be more of a fighting sport than a chess player."
Then the table becomes silent again.
"Okay, what did I do? Did I say something wrong? Damn it, Agatha tell me or I’ll go crazy."
And there in the middle of fast food, the one and only Agatha Harkness-Vidal starts laughing. She laughs, she laughs, but she laughed to scare in Rio.
Rio is blaming it on the pregnancy hormones.
Then Agatha turns to her wife with a look that could wake a dead person from his sleep.
"You have nothing to reproach yourself, do not worry. You’ll just sleep on the couch for the next seven nights and take three showers a day. And only then can you come back to our bed, my dear."
"And then I know why my dear? "
"You know why."
"No."
"Yes, you do."
"I tell you no, I don’t know why. What have I done to deserve the maximum punishment, Agatha?"
"Oh because you think what you got is maximum punishment, that’s cute."
"Damn Agatha tell me what I fucking did to you, in the name of the love that you have for our children!"
"Esther."
Just say Agatha.
"What?"
"Esther."
"What’s wrong with Esther?"
"She touched you."
"And that’s a problem because?"
"She has no right."
Rio is speechless, she doesn’t know what to say or even what to think.
"You don’t say anything, so you know what you did after all."
"But I didn’t do anything, we won the championship, and Esther made me a cup, because we won together, as a team."
"That’s what you say."
"That’s what I’m saying, yeah."
Their son comes back with Lilia and the two wives instantly stop their hectic conversation.

Agatha Harkness-Vidal doesn’t consider herself to be jealous, but when someone touches her wife it’s a whole different story. And unfortunately for Rio Harkness-Vidal the penalty of the sofa was extended by an additional week.

Little advice, never touch Agatha’s wife.
