Satisfied with his feed, Joker forces a dark chuckle through the pressure in his chest. “He deserved it, he was an awful kisser, darling. And he just wouldn’t stop running his mou—” The weight on his back is lifted as he’s whipped around suddenly, finally facing The Batman.
Batman stares daggers into Joker, his lenses portraying no emotion. His jaw, on the other hand, gives everything away—clenched hard in anger, his lips parted in an open mouth frown, barring his teeth. Joker lazily licks his lips and fangs clean of the residual blood. “What? Do I have something in my teeth?”
Joker, living as a vampire in a boring, predictable world for over a decade, finally meets the one person who can make it more interesting: Batman. But when confronted with the reality that time may one day steal his new human plaything away, his focus shifts to turning him as well.
The only problem is, vampires can only turn those who want it.
