This story is an inspired and modernized version of Lendra's Scripted Fidelity where Robin is solo on his adventures yet he finds familiar friends throughout his journey. I began working on this story since 2016 and I can’t believe its my first sky rocketed story on Archive Of Our Own.
I have received critical comments (and a few nice ones) over the years concerning these points:
There are a lot of grammar errors I need to fix and I do realize that a lot of sentences are way off. I apologize for the insane amount of words and dialogue that might have thrown readers off in confusion. A lot of readers for this story generally do get puzzled towards the plot of the story, Robin's goal with the purpose of the stolen cash, or just the confusing cameo appearances of US presidential candidates in Chapter 11.
First, you will see some dialogue in German and several locations from Switzerland. All FE continents, nations, and locations are mushed into one country known as Amerijapandaropesiafrica or AJRA for short. The name first derived from various Smash Bros fanfics that shared the name around like wildfire, so I decided to model the country based off of Switzerland. Some of the names and locations are in German so I hope anyone is not bothered by it. I find it a perfect fit, actually.

The terms Old Generation and New Generation are written in this story to identitcate the different eras throughout the story. Mainly Old Generation is my term for everything that happened canonically from the Fire Emblem games, referencing important plot points and objects such as the Falchion and the Fire Emblem shield. The New Generation is also my term for everything that happens non canonically, meaning that all FE locations are in a modern AU era and how it was evolved throughout my interpretation of the FE timeline. For example-
"Robin chuckled softly, his memories with the Shepherds warmly melting his heart. It's been years to even think about how he came this far to aid Chrom’s Army, yet avenge the blue haired exalt for Ylisse’ treasured artifact: A legendary sword and shield forged from Naga’s divine breath, an unbreakable duo of Light against Darkness. And here he was, in the New Generation, the Shepherds split apart in different kantons, living happily." - excerpt from Chapter 11, Unfamiliar Streets.
You will also see cameo appearances of US presidential candidates in Chapter 11. I'm no longer a fan of Trump nor do I dive deep into US Politics. This Trump was my own character based off of the real cheeto benito. He makes references to MAGA but I'm not sincerely applying that it's the REAL Trump and they begin to meet Shulk and the rest of his friends at the EDM event. He and the rest of my characters based off of real people actually derive from fictional locations with fictional personalities from my original series, Knights vs Dragons. Now that I have scrapped that project, I no longer work on the series the candidates are included in.
You will also find some religious themes in this story. The mention of some Smashers like Shulk and Lucina being Christian actually originated from several Smash Bros fanfictions that parodied religious personalities. I'm not the only one to make select smashers follow the Christian faith. You can check out Princess America's Super Smash Bros Mission from God or Riki the Christian Herpon from select fanfics like MerchantAnna's Hot Topic Krew or TeeShirt's MemeMemeMemeBrigade. While they used the subject of Christianity for parody and hysterical reasons, I have used it seriously since I shouldn't have made Shulk and Lucina too serious on the Christian faith. I apologize for that. And I'm not making it look like I'm forcing readers into the Christian faith since I clearly stated on my Author's Note at the end of Chapter 18 where readers from different religions are not obliged but suggested to take a look at the selected verses of the Bible. "Feel free" does not equal to “forcing" or "must do it". It means "You're free to take a look but you don't have to do it." The dragons equal to satan thing is another reference to the Book of Revelation chapter 12 verse 2. I'm not trying to imply that Naga is satanic (Grima definitely is!) but as I said again, I made Shulk and Lucina too serious for the Christian faith and that's their non canonical interpretation for both dragons in this story.
I hope readers now understand the confusing points and the origins of selected but puzzling themes in this story. English is also not my first language (it's actually German) but I'm learning day by day and making huge efforts in improving my writing skills.
