Quickly, that evolved into different coloured stars with different meanings. Not for any normal reason other than the satisfaction of putting stickers on Michael. Yellow for good, orange for 'not bad but could've done better' and red for 'why did you even think that was appropriate'. And another one that only Alexis knows what it means. The sparkly star. Michael has been rewarded this star on random occasions like when he caught off a reporter who made a jab at the team’s performance and Michael destroyed him, when he barked at someone eyeing up Alexis and... now.
