It was late, just past eleven, by the time Cyno returned home.
He always hated staying at work late, especially on Fridays. But he worked in a funeral home as an Undertaker, so his work was never done. While he was thankful that he would always have a job to support the two people he loved the most in the world, it still made his heart ache to send Tighnari and Collei a text in their family group chat saying that he was going to be home late. Again.
(Cyno works extremely long hours in his job as an Undertaker, but he finally gets a weekend off to spend with his two favorite people, and he's going to enjoy every second of it.)
