   Summary

   A couple years back, the whole "Toon" thing was a trend everywhere, until it was shut down by the police. They're learning to live with humans, but humans aren't learning to live with them, so the resentment begins to brew. Someone takes matters into his own hands.
   Shrimpo is caught in the crossfire and everything begins to fall down.
