Damian stares at Raven as she falls to her knees on the rooftop, rain shattering around them as lightning strikes across the sky, and he doesn't know what to do.
She's breaking in front of him, and it's his fault.
He told her that he wasn't interested in her.
He had to.
Not only did Garfield try to talk him into it because he's interested in Raven, but he's been dosed by Ivy with a Liar Serum.
He can't tell the truth.
Raven stood in front of him and said the three words that he's been hoping to hear from her for over a year, and he had to tell her that he's not interested in her like that.
He's going to kill Ivy, then he's going to put himself in Arkham because he has to be fucking insane.
"Raven!"
He crouches down, hiding as Garfield drops onto the rooftop along with Dick, and he hopes to god that someone will tell her the fucking truth.
"Have you seen Damian? Why are you crying? Oh fuck! You were going to confess to Damian, right?! Did you tell him? God, don't listen to a word he says! He was attacked by Ivy and she gave him her Liar serum. He can't tell the truth until Tim finishes getting the reverse serum."
Garfield in ranting as he drops down to hug her close, and Damian can't deny that he's surprised it was him that told Raven the truth. But then his comm starts beeping and Tim's voice comes through, "I have the reverse serum, Damina, come to the manor."
"I'll be there soon," says Damian softly before he turns to see Raven standing and looking around.
He doesn't do anything other than duck away and take off as soon as he's certain nobody seen him. Eventually, he'll have to handle what comes next, and he genuinely wants to. But first, he has to go get this serum and plan his revenge on Ivy because as much as he'd like to kill her, he happens to like her and Harley. So, maybe he'll just have to stick with non-violent revenge.
As he grapples away, he can't help but wonder if Raven might want to help him with his revenge plans.
