Summary
Naming the dragon was the logical next step. He couldn’t keep calling him just ‘dragon.’ He deserved a name.
It was hard, though, because it wasn’t like naming a cat or a magical singing raccoon. This creature was ancient, mysterious, and potentially apocalyptic.
Nevertheless, during the first week of dragon parenting—a blur of half-chewed books, tiny wing collisions, and sleep deprivation so intense Jimin started hallucinating that the broom was judging him—he was far too busy and delirious to name it.
Finally, after another half-week, thirty-six incidents of ‘DON’T EAT THAT!’ , and one near-death experience involving a potion, Jimin slumped into a chair, covered in soot, and muttered “Fine. You look like a Jungkook.”
