Luke chuckled as he watched Penelope coax their cat toward the front door, shaking his head. "Love, tell TikTok what you're doing right now." He said, his voice amused.
"I'm about to prove a point! Sergio, come here!" Penelope laughed, feeding Sergio a treat as she adjusted the sleeve of her pink, purple, and blue striped dress. "That's right. Take the yummy treat."
"And what point are you proving?" Luke asked, sitting on the couch.
"That Tyler loves cats, and he's in denial about it!" Penelope looked up when she got the notification that Tyler was at the door, pulling it open. "Hi, Ty-"
Tyler grinned as he walked in holding The Black Queen and made a beeline for the cat, scratching his chin. "Hi, kitty!" He said happily as Sergio sniffed his brown jacket and head-butted him to scent him.
Luke gasped and began to cackle, slapping a hand over his mouth.
Penelope gestured frantically, giving Luke a look. "Says no like cats. Comes in holding cat. Greets cat before me. Loves on cat like baby."
"Honey!" Luke wiped a tear from his cheek.
Tyler looked up and flushed before straightening his posture. "Hi, Penelope. Hi, Luke." He looked down as Sergio meowed, pawing at his hand.
"Hi, Tyler!" Penelope huffed before she started giggling into her hand, watching the cats rub against Tyler's legs.
"Hi!" Luke bit his lip. "Oh, my God. That was so funny."
"You like cats!" Penelope insisted as Tyler knelt and held the cats like babies in his arms.
"I like our cats!" Tyler countered, pressing a kiss to his kitten's head before moving to the couch next to Luke. He smiled as The Black Queen meowed and raised her head to lick his chin, purring at him.
"That counts as liking cats." Luke deadpanned, making Penelope laugh harder. "Nice Pride pin."
Tyler smiled and looked down at his pansexual Pride enamel pin, tapping it lightly. "Thanks."
