What if Barry grew up with his villains?
We know how Tony turned out, but what about the Rogues? Would the Mardons still steal? Would Shawna still be in an unhealthy relationship? What about Ronnie and Cisco? If they'd been there, would they still meet Caitlin? Or go to STAR Labs? If Barry and Iris were there, would Len and Lisa have gone into foster care when Lewis was arrested? More importantly, would Barry still be crushing on Iris to this day...or would he have fallen for Len instead?
