Summary
Charlie's attempts to help the residents of her hotel have mostly focused on group projects so far.
However, each guest is marred by different struggles and sins; it stands to reason an individual approach is needed. And what better way to delve into a person (or, shall we say, a soul)'s functioning, than get involved in one's interests?
