   Summary

   Isabel "Belly" Conklin thought her life would be perfect when she went to college. But when she got her knee injury that forced her to quit volleyball her life started to spiral out of control. A year before she graduated and found out she was going to Paris and found out her boyfriend wasn't graduating and he cheated on her with Lacie Barone of all people, something happened at that party that changed her life forever to make matters worse her newly cheating ex boyfriend shows up to propose to her, and she just got devastating news that her brother won't recover from his car accident. After isolating herself from everyone except her roommate and her parents she receives a call from a person she hasn't heard or seen since her college graduation. Susannah Fisher she reveals that Conrad is permanently blind and has isolated himself at his family's beach house in Cousins. She begs for her to help him heal and deal with his blindness but what if old feelings resurface and they heal each other in the process?
