However, secretly, Minho was, in fact, a bit worried. Chan had been gone for almost two hours, which, sure, really wasn’t that long, but was unusual as Chan really never stayed out past the hour-and-a-half mark.
Suddenly, a horrible thought came to his mind. What if a hybrid got him?
The door to the dorm swung open, and Minho was yanked out of his thoughts as he snapped his head toward the noise, already knowing who it would be.
“You’re later than usual. Any reason why?” Minho questioned, video game paused.
“Yeah... There was a fight really close to me and then the police got all involved, so I had to take a detour. Actually, the HSC had to step in, too. Hybrid attack,” Chan explained, scratching his head sheepishly, unaware of the way Minho’s face paled.
~*~OR: Chan and his pack live in a world of vampires, werewolves, and hybrids. Minho starts worrying about Chan when he talks casually about a hybrid attack near him, as the creatures are dangerously volatile and murderous. Later, Chan's biggest secret is revealed and leaves the pack scrambling to recover him from his kidnapper and his past.
