Alrighty then, this is gone be the expo chapter so bare with me here.
For explanation of my oc Victor, so you're not confused as all shit. He's Atsushi's older brother in this AU, he's 20 years old and his general personality is goofy, sassy, and over everyone's bullshit.
He does not work for the Agency but rather works as Ango's personal assistant. He took this job at about 14 when he ran away from the orphanage. He knew Dazai prior to the events of the original story but no one else as he tried his hardest to stay away from everyone while Ango was undercover with the Port Mafia. He's also met Fukuchi because of Ango but none of the other Hunting Dogs.
In this Au no one has abilities either but the jobs are still the same. Little to no of the actual plot is relevant.
I might add ships later but not for a while at least.
Lastly he's a bit of a stalker which is how he got some of the people's numbers. Anyway enjoy.
