Summary
The gunfire was loud, each bullet shooting into her ear drums painfully as the whizzed past. She ducked slightly, trying to get a handle on the car to no avail— next thing she knew a bullet was whizzing over her head. She ducked down further, her visibility of the road being lost. She was able to look for a split second and was met with the view of cars coming forwards towards them. She heard some engines looped around the vehicle.
Then she heard Aiden speak. “Hang on— I'll get rid of them.” He yelled. She saw movement from the corner of her eye— Aiden standing up in his seat to take his position as gun man back.
Then there was a scream. “Ashlyn they're gaining! Move!” Someone yelled.
Without thinking she shoved down on the accelerator, desperate to get away, however she didn't get far before something rammed into the side of the car.
