Work Text:
“Crowley,” I murmur, seeing night all around,
no vast serene sea, endlessly bright, in dream.
Your hair slides over my neck,
lazy laugh sparkles, floating in the breeze
Your grace, goodness - sweet, real, resonant
Needed, wanted memory, both tended and evanescent
Like sympathy, mercy.
Salty water melts through lashes.
The point made, blissful, blistering: always us.
Worship touched to tongue,
it twines, lilting and knowing.
Squirm to say “Crowley”, fill the air with him.
“Crowley,” I whisper; lying, vibrant revery.
