1) Fury and Hill. Coulson returns from a mission to find the two officers on one of their own leaving him in charge. Which of course means he has to go to Peru to rescue them.
2) Stark and Banner. Phil is delivering Pepper's birthday gift early when the scientists blow up a lab trapping themselves in the wreckage as Bruce struggles to contain Hulk.
3) Thor. By accident, a team movie night reveals that Dr. Pepper is Thor's kryptonite, which an observant nutcase later discovers and uses to capture the demigod.
4) Romanov and Barton. A dangerous mission becomes worse when the area becomes a war zone, Phil unofficially gets a ride from a mercenary and fight his way through the town to find his wounded agents.
5) Steve. Steve plans to relax on his vacation unsure if he'll stay in town but a week later he misses a meeting and Fury isn't sure he ever left. Coulson finds signs of a struggle and investigates finding his idol a tortured mess strapped to a table in a Nevada secret base which Coulson gladly blows up on the way out.
6) Coulson. Fury lets the team know that Coulson is alive partially because of the blood Steve allowed for testing, Steve happily gives more and they wait at Coulson's bedside for him to wake. -
