Yungwillx was dying.
Wyll and him we're running from the brotherhood. Wyll, the man he looked up to, the man he stood by the side of in everything, the man that had played him like a fiddle. Yungy had opened up to Wyll and loved him and thought that Wyll would reciprocate, at least see he as an equal.
But here Yungy was.
Bleeding out on the cold ground reaching out his hand towards Wyll. Please, he thought, help me, show me my work to get you to like me wasn't a waste. "Wyll" he said roughly, he had a sword slash on his legs so he couldn't walk but he still crawled to Wyll and grabbed his ankle.
Wyll looked at something behind Yungy before he kicked his hand off of his ankle. "Sorry Yungy" Wyll yelled as he moved farther back "I'll see you when you respawn." And with a final glance Wyll quickly ran away leaving Yungy alone with the people who were hunting them.
Wyll left him, why? Where did he go wrong? Yungwillx had seen Wyll go into the line of fire for his teammates so many times without regard for his life, so why didn't he do it for Yungy? He digged his fingernails into the dirt below him. Why?
Yungwillx gave up trying to escape, whatever the brotherhood had planned was the least of his worries right now.
"Damn" Mugm said somewhere behind him "I knew Wyll was a dick but this is a whole new level."
Puki came to his side and lifted his hair from his eyes "kinds feel bad for the guy" he huffed. "I mean this whole world just crashed down on him, Wyll's team worship him like he is their god. To be abandoned by your savior is-" Puki drifted off.
"Just leave him" Nezo said from a tree branch he was perched off. His ears twitching and his tail wrapped around the branch "we don't need to kill him, it was Wyll we were after. Plus he's defenseless it would be cruel to take advantage of a weak man."
Puki pushed Yungy's hair to the side and nodded. He could hear Mugm and Nezo running after Wyll. Puki dropped a golden apple and a heath potion in front of him and mutters "there's always an invitation to the brotherhood if you get tired of Wyll's shit. I was in your place once, we may be enemies but I'm still your admin." And with a final glance Puki disappeared to join Mugm and Nezo in pursuit.
Yungwillx didn't move, didn't take the golden apple or the heath potion. He didn't deserve it, he had failed and he was useless. He was supposed to be Wyll's 2nd in command, sidekick, whatever and he failed.
That was his only purpose his only reason to be here. Sure he could join arms with the brotherhood and go against Wyll. But Wyll gave him a purpose he couldn't betray him. He was nothing without him, and if Wyll didn't want him he didn't deserve to live.
Yungy pushed himself up despite the hiss of pain in his legs. He glanced at the golden apple and heath potion, Puki's words resonated in his mind. But his eyes drifted to his sword, it was what he deserved.
Yungwillx drew his sword, the one Wyll had gifted to him what irony. He shakily put the sword to his neck, the cold metal pressed into his skin gently. He put more pressure on the sword, a tin line of blood came down his neck.
Do it.
Break your gem.
It's the best thing to do.
You have no purpose without him.
Yungy felt lightheaded as the world faded away, the ghost of Wyll put his hands on the sword and pushed it deeper.
"Do it for me Yungy" it whispered, but he hesitated.
"Hello?"
"Do it Yungy, do it now."
"Yungy? Where are you."
"DO IT FOR ME" tears fell from Yungy's eyes.
"Yungy, is that you?"
"Your nothing without me your worthless your-"
"YUNGY!" His eyes cleared instead of Wyll, ECorridor was in front of him, ECorridor slowly brought their hands to Yungy's. "Yungy, Yungy please, put the sword and talk to me" ECorridor was trembling. They looked- genuinely concerned for him, it was different then what other people looked at him like. There was nothing ECorridor would gain from saving him, they just wanted to save him.
"W-Why are you helping me, what do you want" he asked suspiciously with a hiss.
ECorridor's eyes softened "I don't want any Yungy, your my friend and my brother. I don't want you to do anything to hurt yourself, please."
Fresh tears fell from Yungy's eyes, his hands shook as he dropped the sword from his neck. ECorridor engulfed Yungy in a hug, using one hand to throw the sword far away from the 2.
Yungy felt weak as he nuzzled into ECorridor's shoulder while his whole body shook. He didn't deserve this, but a small part of him craved it so badly. They just held him back like if they let go Yungy would slip away.
ECorridor pulled back slightly as they still kept a strong but comfortable hold on Yungy. "You can talk to me Yungy" they said softly "I won't judge you I'll understand I promise."
Yungwillx stayed silent for a minute, the alien didn't push anymore on the topic. They are just there for Yungy, it feels weird and different from what he is used to. It makes him feel safe and protected.
"Wyll left me to die" Yungy whispered, ECorridor didn't speak just listened. "Wyll helped me in the past and- I owe my life to him. And I failed him, I'm not good enough to live if I don't have a purpose."
ECorridor's faces shifted from anger at first the and serious understanding. "You don't owe Wyll anything, and your whole life doesn't revolve based on what Wyll thinks of you. There are people, like me, who like you because your you, not because your Wyll's pet."
Yungwillx didn't know how to feel, so he just nuzzled back into ECorridor's shoulder. He muttered a quiet "thank you" and let out a choked sob.
ECorridor wrapped their arms around Yungy, but after a second they sighed. "It's not safe here do you have anywhere you would feel safe going to?"
Yungy shock his head, ECorridor pulled out their communicator. "I have a server that's on intermission I can ask the admin to whitelist you for the time being. I have some people on that server I trust with my life, they also have been through similar things, they will be more then willing to help. Do you want to try?"
Yungy thought for minute then nodded.

Parrot flopped down onto the couch and groaned. His eyes fluttered open and he instinctively scanned the room. It was the intermission lobby, it wasn't really a lobby it was just a plane peaceful server. There were no walls just an endless void, with dark wooden floors. There was more than enough room for every member to feel comfortable in the lobby. There were individual rooms that each member could teleport to to stay at. But most of the time the members just relax in the lobby, playing board games, video games, or just relaxing. Members could go to other servers if they wanted but most just decided to stay. Lifesteal's intermission was just a calm period and it was weirdly homey.
The couch on the left side of Parrot dipped lower and when he looked Kaboodle snuggled into his chest. And Spoke flopped down in Parrot's lap looking like a wet cat. Spoke threw his hands up almost hitting Parrot "I don't get how you did this ALONE for 1 whole season."
Parrot laughed and ran his hand through Spoke's hair while he grumbled. Kab scoffed "at least you don't have to go to one of those meetings. I made an excuse to not go during the season but now I don't have one."
"You don't have to go" Parrot muttered "I skipped out of every meeting since season 3."
"It's the principle Parrot" Kab said as she curled her arms around Parrot's chest. Parrot looked at the 2 people practically dog piled on top of him and laughed. And he let the wet cats (or wet bunny and void walker) cuddle close to him.
But Parrot's communicator started to blow up, he untangled his right hand from Spoke's hair to grab his communicator, much to the distaste of his brother. He looked at the screen.

Parrot shocked his hand out of Kab's hair, but before she could protest she saw the distress on his face. He stood up and summoned his panel, if E was in a situation where they needed to ask Parrot for help it was definitely something big.
He saw that both of them were on Bliss smp he couldn't teleport them from Bliss but he knew someone who.
"Spoke" Parrot called "can you call Xia? E is on Bliss and E and someone called Yungwillx are in trouble. E asked to be teleported but I don't have jurisdiction there, but Xia is a high enough rank Listener to go get them."
Spoke's eyes went wide but he pulled out his communicator and texted something.
Seconds later Xia appeared in front of them. The listener scanned the room quickly, her eyes lingered on her boy, Minute, who was curled up on a bean bag chair talking to Clown who was sitting on the floor and with Leo laying on top of him nuzzled underneath his chin. She looked relieved but quickly looked back to Parrot, Spoke, and Kab.
"What happened" she asked part curious and the other part serious.
"Can you do me a favor, go to Bliss smp and grab ECorridor and Yungwillx and bring them back here. I'll give you the cords and repayment if you ask for it. They both seem in distress and I can't get to them since I don't have jurisdiction and-" he was cut off by a hand sliding on his shoulder.
Xia a little shorter than double the height of an average player but she kneeled down to put a hand on Parrot's shoulder. "You have done more than enough" she said calmly "I am forever in debt for your kindness to my son. Please don't stress yourself out about it, you are one of the best admins I have seen. Can I see the cords?"
Parrot froze for a second before he shook his head and gave her his panel with the cords. Xia looked at it and nodded before disappearing to get the 2.
The 3 stood in silence for a second. Then Kab laughed "no wonder Minute is a Mama's boy, I would be too if that was my mom! She's sick as hell!" In the distance there was an angry Minute and Kab just stuck his tongue out at him
Parrot fell back into the couch, and Spoke calmly put his head back down on Parrot's lap. Parrot threaded his fingers back through the Spoke's black hair with a small rumble from the void walker in return.
"She's right you know" Spoke hummed, Parrot stayed silent "about you being one of the best admins. Everyone here wouldn't be half the person they were if you hadn't made this server." Spoke laughed to himself "Though this server isn't the most morally right, it's what the members needed. You made sure of that." Spoke closed his eyes with a smile, letting Parrot resonate with the words he said.

ECorridor stayed close to Yungwillx, they had convinced Yungy to actually use the golden apple and heath potion Puki left for him, now he was slightly better physically but still a mess mentally.
ECorridor didn't push, he just talked about random mundane things as he fidgeted with his red and purple beaded necklace. It wasn't a lot but it definitely helped push Yungy's thoughts away. They both were waiting for someone or something to come and get them.
Yungy didn't know who or what was going to pick them up, E just said "don't freak out."
But when a green, 8 foot tall woman appeared out of nowhere could you blame him for freaking out?
Yungy screamed and fell back onto his elbows. E laughed as the woman sat down "Yungy this is Xia, Xia this is Yungy." Yungy slowly sat up, sliding closer to E by instinct.
"Xia is a Listener, a Divine being that is more powerful than god's. They are usually pawns of chaos but Xia is a runaway, she's also like the mom of Lifesteal, my home server."
Yungy looks at Xia with stars in his eyes, but he asked quietly "what's a runaway?"
"It's someone who disowns the title of a loyal follower" Xia said as she smiled sweetly. "Instead of causing chaos I listen over servers to stop loyal Listeners and Watchers. But nowadays I listen over Lifesteal, my son is on that server and I have to come quite fond of the players on the server" she laughed.
Yungwillx slowly turned to E and muttered "you casually have a GOD looking over your server, on speed dial!"
E and Xia laughed, Yungy just facepalmed. Xia stood up gracefully and dusted off herself she extended both of her hands for the boys to take. ECorridor took her left hand almost instantly but Yungy hesitated. He thought about Wyll and Puki's offer, but he thought about what ECorridor said. He carefully took Xia's hand.
She ruffled Yungy and E's hair, before Yungy could protest the world faded into green.

LifeSteal looked a lot less- deadly than Yungy thought.
People were laughing, playing games, chatting with each other, and just having a good time. His eyes flew around the room to observe everyone, it looked... homey.
There was a pile of blankets and pillows, an orange demon sat in the middle with a red demon laying with his head in he lap. There was a white demon that was covered in blue, even his white horns were painted with light blue paint. He was talking to the orange demon was talking to the white/blue demon while running his hand in the red demon's hair.
There was a bar counter, sitting down was a purple glitching man with a beverage in his hand talking to a red demon hybrid with sunglasses and a dark red suit. Behind the purple glitching man was an orange haired woman with pink and yellow glasses wrapping her arms around him charming into the conversation every so often. A seat away from the red demon hybrid was a red slime hybrid with headphones and a black hoodie. Sitting beside the red slime hybrid was a blue slime hybrid. The blue slime hybrid was scrolling on his communicator every once in awhile talking to the bartender. The bartender in question was a man that had a light brown trench coat. The man also had a red tie, blue eyes and seemed to have magic of some kind as he was moving bottles around without his hands.
There was a game of uno on the floor, there was a yellow goat hybrid that was currently playing and losing uno. But they weren't really paying attention to the game they were mostly talked to the person behind them. That person has long white hair in a braid, a veil that covered his eyes, and hands floating around himself. He was also braiding the goat hybrids long hair. Across from them was a man with reddish Orange hair with glasses it looks like speed dealers, held cards in his hand. Yungy couldn't tell if the man was a hybrid or not, he had some kind of marks on his cheeks and a black and red tail that didn't fit into any hybrid species that he knew. Behind him was a lion hybrid, Mane from Levels smp, who was nuzzled into the reddish orange hair man's shoulder. The reddish orange hair man's tail was wrapped around Mane. Beside them both was a Demon hybrid, the infamous Flame Frags who he also knew from Levels smp. Flame looked way less murderous when he was not high on bloodlust. On the other side of Mane and mystery hybrid was a Wemmbu from Levels, Yungy realized there was a lot of people he knew from levels. The spider hybrid dressed a lot like the goat hybrid, very fancy and like royalty.
There was a bean bag chair with the great and deadly Clown Pierce, who looked peaceful? The prince of the nether had his head in a void walkers lap and his tail was wagging like a happy puppy. The void walker had a green hair clip that was the same as Xia's, that void walker must be her kid. Beside the void walker in the bean bag was a albino leopard hybrid with hints of yellow. The leopard hybrid was curled up in the void walker's side, most likely asleep.
Lastly in front of Yungy was a couch, there were 3 people there. A blue haired rabbit hybrid that Yungy recognized as Kab, Clown's sister. He has heard about her in passing a little though he has never met her in real life. The 1 in the middle was Parrot, the previous admin of Lifesteal. He looked more, ragged in person but he still flashes him a smile with all of his teeth (his teeth were sharp, too sharp). On the other side of Parrot was a void walker, Spoke, 1 of the new co-admins. He was grinning bubbly as he jumped up and hugged Xia.
Parrot stood up gracefully and walked over to ECorridor and Yungwillx. He smiled softly "I'll take us 3 to a spare room, you or E can talk a little and we'll get you settled." Yungy was a little shocked at the genuine kindness of this admin. Parrot pulled up his panel and with a final glance to E and Yungy before he teleported the 3 of them to the spare room.
It was a pretty plain room with a bed with too many blankets and pillows, a bookshelf, and a small empty dresser. Yungy shifted to sit on the bed, pulling his knees under his chin. ECorridor sat beside him, staring at Parrot, who was standing in front of the both of them.
E started to explain what happened but Yungy tuned out what they were saying. His eyes drifted to the side as he lost himself in thought. Could he ever go back to Bliss? Wyll would hate him for abandoning him mid war. But he didn't want to be in this war, he just wanted to do whatever he wanted without people being on his dick. But could he trust the Lifestealer's? They were known to be ruthless and bloodthirsty, killers who kill anyone who crosses them. But they don't seem that bad (at least not half as bad as the brotherhood or Wyll), maybe he could trust them.
Yungy turns his gaze back to Parrot, who seems to be caught up on the situation. He sighs and pinched the bridge of his nose his wings twitching with frustration "we can't do much since the others aren't your admins. Puki still has jurisdiction over you, and since the lifesteal admins aren't the most liked I don't think I can over rule his jurisdiction."
Yungy's eyes dull and Parrot rubbed the back of his neck but he smiled softly. "But" he started "we can offer you a safe space for the time being. And we can break the jurisdiction if you join lifesteal, but you don't have to. We want you to be in the right mindset before you make any decision so please get some rest and tell E or anyone if you need anything, we'll be more than happy to help." Parrot smiled giving a nod to ECorridor, pulling up his panel and dimming the lights before teleporting away.
Yungy stayed frozen for a minute, E slid a hand on his shoulder. "You should probably rest I can leave or stay if you want, it's up to you."
Yungwillx slowly nodded and lower himself onto the bed. The assortment of pillows and covers were actually more comfortable then they first looked like. E lower themselves beside Yungy, leaving a little less than a foot between them. E cautiously took Yungy's hand into their own and slowly drew circles into his hand. And for the first time in a while, Yungy felt safe as he fluttered his eyes close letting exhaustion take over him.

When Yungy wakes up he doesn't open his eyes right away. He can hear 2 voices quietly whispering, 1 of them was ECorridor's the other 1 was a unknown to Yungy. He can feel a arm wrapped around his back, most likely ECorridor's. He couldn't make out the word the 2 were saying but it seemed soft and somewhat comforting.
Yungwillx opens his eyes realizing he was practically locked onto the side of E. He pushes himself off of them, getting E and the other persons attention. The other persons giggles and Yungy absent-mindedly remembered that laugh from somewhere. Yungy pushes himself up into a sitting position and it was Pentar, stupid, idiot, Pentar who Yungy hasn't seen since the destruction of Levels. He looks mostly fine, he had smile lines, a necklace with red and purple beads that matched the necklace ECorridor had. He was sitting in a chair next to the bed cross legged with a smile that was all too bright (and his teeth were all too sharp).
"Hey Yungy" Pentar waved "it's been awhile hasn't it" Yungy snorted a laugh as he falls back onto a pile of pillows. Maybe he could make this new chance work, maybe this could be his new life. He didn't need to be just Wyll's second in command, he could be Yungwillx and Yungy.
