Twelve Robloxians awaken to find themselves in...Minecraftia, of all places!? But if you thought waking up in a whole other dimension that works on completely different logic is bad, soon enough they’re told they’re here to play in a new game - a death game.
The rules are simple. You have three lives. Drop down to one, and you can start killing others. Last man standing wins. (With a few other caveats, of course.) You know the deal, we’ve seen this story before.
But Robloxians are a lot more competitive than your average Minecraftian.
This is about to get messy.
Friendships may break, enemies made, blood will most surely be spilled - who will be the one who beats the odds and wins the game? It’s all to play for in the Battle Life SMP!

It hurt Grian to hide this from his friends, it really did. But what else was he supposed to do? Tell them? That simply wouldn't work out well, he could see it now, he tells them he's an Avian one second, and then the next he's carted away to be experimented on or be completely outcasted. The thought of being alone again terrifies him, he will hide this secret at all costs, no matter what happens, even if his feelings get in the way.

Mumbo reached him inside the cage before eyes erupted from everywhere outside the bars and they all pinned him in a glare and Grian faced him and his face was eyes too. Then he changed and looked like the Grian that Mumbo knew, but it was like all the life had been scraped out of him, and his dead eyes looked through Mumbo as if he wasn’t even there.
AKA a harmless experiment on the Rift between worlds goes terribly wrong, and Mumbo and crew have to figure out how to get their favorite avian back from the Watchers, but the End Deities have a few surprises up their sleeves

[Mind Games AU]
A retelling of Secret Life but Hermitcraft Gem world jumps and ends up in the game instead. After finding out the dark truth about these death loop matches and how dire this situation is for these alternate versions of her friends, she gains the help of the champions from previous seasons as they try to find a way out of these games.
At the same time, the Watchers' influence over both the players and the game has been restrained this season due to an unknown source fighting against them. Grian uses this opportunity, while also fighting against his own Watcher Instincts, to push back the Watchers' trickery before they claim another champion.

Summary
The winners of the Life Series, also called the Celestials, are a divine pantheon. But they're looking for their missing member-- the Earth. The Celestials are in a race against the other pantheon, the Watchers, to find the Earth, a god made mortal (and with no memories) to convince him to join their side to overthrow the other.
Scar is just living his life, running his cat cafe and watering his plants. But now he's started to have dreams-- but they don't feel like dreams. Maybe flashbacks to another life? And these weird people keep coming into his cafe-- but the thing is, he feels like he maybe recognizes them? Whoever they are, they keep making the dreams worse. Why do they keep coming in, being all cryptic, and then leaving?

The light vibration in his throat as he tried to speak was missing. Like his vocal cords had completely given up on him.
Grian looked back at the two suspected culprits with wide eyes, trying to hide the way his right hand was trembling on his neck.
“I had hoped it would not come to this”, the left one spoke, the voice devoid of emotion. “You have been chosen. You are to become one of Us. And Watchers do not speak.”

Evolution was supposed to be a normal server. Grian wasn’t supposed to get trapped in the End and be changed into something beyond his comprehension. As his playerhood gets ripped away, Grian is thrusted into the cold, unfeeling world of Watchers. A world he never was meant to belong to.
Deep down, he is still a player wanting to be whole again. A player wanting to get back his old connections and live a normal life. A player, who had lost his physical body and the ability to interact with his surroundings in the process of becoming a Watcher.
This story is a journey of learning to live once more, finding and returning to normal when "normal" seems unattainable, and finally being able to love yourself again.

Life with the watchers was a constant flip-flop between too much and too little. Sometimes Xelqua would find himself entertained for years, watching over his players, sometimes he’d be working with other Watchers, punishing those who disobeyed, sometimes he’d be the one being punished. Other times he found himself drifting in the void, the silence loud in his ears as he floated, his wings beating idly to keep him afloat in the starry darkness.
It was during one of those times, as he watched the lights fall and rise, waiting for Oculine to give him something to Watch, that he felt something change. For the first time in three hundred years, he felt his code, it was tugging him towards something in the distance.

A series of events leads to Grian getting his wings broken, joining hermitcraft, and inadvertantly getting mentally adopted by Xisuma. Grian wants none of those things to happen, but theyre going to anyways.
