Finally, after what felt like an eternity, the boy answered, ‘Which one do you want? I have around four names.’ The boy spoke before stepping behind, his hands raised as he shot a purple light towards the admin.
‘May I know your real name?’ The woman smiled as she avoided the attack in a blink of an eye, suddenly beside the boy.
‘I don’t have a real name.’ The boy muttered, stepping away from the admin. ‘Then, what do people call you?’ The woman still smiled, her voice soft yet loud for the boy to hear.
‘…Xelqua.’ The boy muttered, his eyes looking away from the woman.

There are no birds singing. There is no running water nearby. The wind is eerily silent, not even rustling any tall grass with its soft touch. Grian feels sickeningly underwhelmed with the lack of noise. It’s like the world died. He totally was in an afterlife. His eye catches on an innocent picture frame standing on the table, its brown edges worn and peeled away to reveal the lighter inside. Slowly, Grian makes his way over to it, holding the small frame in his hands.
It’s a picture of him, Pearl, and Jimmy from years ago. Grian sighs, looking more closely at the moment in time. His hair is bright blond, the color standing out compared to Jimmy’s natural blond hair. Something fond swells up in his chest, void- he can’t believe Pearl let him wear that color.
