But Silly wasn’t finished.Her gaze swept over them—cold, merciless.
“Manslaughter.
Murder.
World destruction.”A stunned hush rippled outward.
Then she said it—clear, final, devastating:
“He is the infamous villain…
the World Destroyer: Grian.”
Every Hermit froze.
Scar whispered, “You’re lying.”
Mumbo stepped forward, shaking. “You don’t know him.”
Xisuma’s jaw tightened. “This isn’t Grian.”But Silly only stared back at them, unblinking.
“Then where is he?”
And that was the moment—
the breathless, terrifying moment—
when they all realized:Grian was gone.
And CHRONOS had come to claim him.

Delicate purple and white drapes hung from the figure's body. His presence was almost ethereal as huge purple-dipped wings fell behind him. Soft, dirty blond hair was pinned and styled to show off the slight waves that perfectly framed his face.
Scar quickly glanced away, his cheeks starting to burn a crimson red. What are you thinking?! This is the enemy, keep his stupid, perfect, swirling void eyes out of your mind! Stars- I need to get it together.

Grian hated Convex’s prince; he was stuck up and thought the world revolved around him. His charming words wouldn’t work on Grian—he would make sure of that. But slowly, the hidden layers started to peel back, and the hatred dulled. Suddenly, Grian found himself looking at Scar’s lips way too often.If he didn’t get his feelings under control soon, then this wouldn’t end well.

Mumbo was content to live a normal boring life. He didn’t want to be a villain, or a hero he just wanted to do good. He just wanted to be the person young him pictured he could be.. but apparently doing good in this world makes him the bad guy. It’s never black and white or even grey, it’s always painfully red.

So.
That’s a really long tangent that leads the same question. Mumbo always wanted to stay away from villainy so, how has he ended up as one of the most well known ones in the city, and why is he self monologuing while standing about one foot away from a Watcher pointing a gun at him?
Or: Mumbo is an escaped lab experiment just trying to get by and do good. The world said no and suddenly he’s the key to taking down a corrupt government and the centre of everyone’s attention. Including a very particular clone.

Grian's breath caught in his throat when he saw the picture hanging above the couch.

Grian looked up again, this time with panic in his chest, and saw the signature embroidered into one corner of the flower artwork.
His eyes widened.
No. No, no, no, he couldn't go through this again....Or:
Grian's plan for this life was to just live alone, keep away from everyone, keep the Watchers from hurting his friends by simply not playing their game. But unfortunately for Grian, that's just not entertaining. Grian opened his eyes and scanned them across the desolate plane that is the end. His eyes flashed up and he saw the ender dragon circling across all of the black obsidian pillars. He studied the end on both of his sides. Nothing. He looked behind him. Nobody. Where is everyone? He was alone. Alone in the end. He glanced around once more. Still no sign of anybody. Was he sure everyone jumped in? Yes. He swore he saw their feet touch the end portal at the same time as his. Was there a glitch? He sure hoped it wasn’t. Grian thought, for a moment, that there was a figure to the right of him. He quickly turned and found… Nothing. He was alone, and the only way to get back to the others was by killing the ender dragon. He sighed. I guess I'm killing it all by myself. He thought. This better be some kind of joke.
