Summary
Felix had always tried his best. He’d been a good friend, a hard worker and adored his quiet little life. So when a diagnosis strips his remaining time down to months, he finds that his only regret is never having found ‘the one’. Who could have guessed that perhaps the reason he hadn’t found him was because he’d been hiding in hell all along?

11/10!!!!!!! Cry count: 3. Teared-up: multiple times in addition to that (happy & sad). The love story to end all love stories. Fantabulous writing, enamoring plot. They just love each other so hard, even before they realize that’s what they’re feeling, and it’s so beautiful. It’s also a whole other level of love to care for someone when they can’t care for themselves, and something in my heart cracked for them while I read those scenes. I think my favorites were the domestic parts, though, when they’re just cooking or reading together, which made the sad moments that much more heartbreaking. But don’t worry, the author will glue your heart back together at the end! Also I feel it’s worth it to note that most of the angst comes from outside sources and not their relationship itself, which made it unstressful to read, which I rlly liked! BUT this fic is still very emotional, so I suppose it balances out lol. 100% worth the read.
